Very sad to learn that one of the most influential and crucial driving forces in Disney has passed away.

RIP.

I saw it on facebook. It's always a shame to loose someone so connected to Disney - I really want to buy their DVD now.  :(
But his (and his brothers) work will NEVER be forgotten!

From the Oscar winning score of Mary Poppins, and the hip jungle rhythms of the Jungle Book (I wanna be like you is one of my all time favourites) to music for park attractions e.g.The Tiki Tiki Tiki Room and It's A Small World, the Sherman Brothers will forever be a part of what has made Disney so magical -  the music.

R.I.P Robert!

Something just dawned on me, in Finding Nemo, the dentist was called P. Sherman, a cameo? I see a link! Clever!
