Quote from: "AusMouse"I really don't think pages of little girls doing impressions of Edvard Munch's 'The Scream' helped matters either.

Thanks for the replies about getting hold of a copy. I have emailed DLP (again), but I guess I'll just slink into a travel agents at some point. I really only want a copy for my memorabilia collection, so we can hopefully one day look and say "yeah, that's when DLP brochures weren't very good". (Or perhaps more likely "yeah, that's when DLP made brochures, rather than tablet computer apps", or whatever :) )

Maybe someone who works on the website is deliberately sabotaging orders for copies of the brochure, so that potential visitors aren't put off booking?

Does anyone know how the DLP Brochures compare to the WDW and DLR Brochures?

There's still a few smiling children with the characters, but it's much more informative.

That's the UK edition, though. I'm not sure about the US version.

And note the lack of stifling photoshopped images on each page. Just fresh, colourful photographs.

That brochure also shows how the DLP version is so much longer than it needs to be, with those pointless (and often plain ugly) introduction double-pages for each section. Walt Disney World has twice the number of parks but half the number of pages in its brochure. They could cut about half the pages from DLP's brochure and still give a better overview and more information.

I noticed that, too. Considering how long it is, it's not very helpful. XD

When did they start using this new style? Was it when they had the New Generation Festival?
