Hiya,

I was just wondering if anyone knew of anywhere that the room tariffs were posted for the Disneyland hotels and partner hotels? Does such information exist in the public domain?

I'm getting quotes for various hotels for our November trip that I've bought AP's for. The quotes vary so much on a daily basis its crazy, and also vary between the usual sites (Expedia, Trivago, etc).

I originally was looking at the Kyriad as it seemed fairly cheap (and still does), but after some neat advice on here I've been looking at Hipark and Adagio too. However, when chatting with the husband last night after the kids had gone to bed (its so exciting all this covert planning and gossiping in hushed whispers ;D)  he asked how much it would be to stay in the Cheyenne 'room only'. I confessed I had no idea and did a few quick searches with results that again ranged in price quite a bit, some as low as £400 to as high as £700.

As I've bought AP's though, I should get the 35% discount on hotel rooms if I book directly with Disney, and I'm wondering what sort of figure that will equate to for a 3 night stay.

I think, in all honesty, we'll end up in the Kyriad or Hipark, but if the 'usual' price room only at the Cheyenne with 35% off wasn't insanely more money, we might consider it instead (the kids really want to stay in the 'Cowboy' hotel).

Can anyone help? Or is it literally a case of calling Disney and see what they say?

Thanks in advance you guys xxxxx

I can't help with the tariffs but what I can say is when we had our annual passess we used them for a Disneyland hotel, we usually just stay in the cheyenne or Santa fe  3nights/4days but with the pass we actually got to stay in the Sequoia for 4nights/5days. The 35% off was great. If I was you I would ring for a quote.

Hi.

So for my next trip in January I only need a room rate only and I rang up Disneyland Paris on the information line. They were really helpful and gave me the prices for all the Hotels I was interested in. The prices vary all the time they were saying due to seasons etc. So your best bet is to give them call and they will tell you the price for the week you want to visit.

The prices vary so wildly because there are 4 different pricing bands (value, moderate, etc) depending on the exact day that you start your trip - pricing for all days will be at the price of the first day. Often starting on a Weds/Thurs will be FAR cheaper than a Fri/Sat - and of course the prices also change depending on the season etc. As far as I can see, the most recent price grids are availabel here: https://my-disneyland.disneylandparis.co.uk/content/GB/EN/Neutral/system/images/price_grids_transportation_winter_15.pdf

Of course, if you just want a room, it may be cheaper to book through a third party who bulk buy rooms at a reduced rate. Maybe try the usual suispects like Expedia etc as well, still baring in mind the pricing grids... :)

Thanks folks, it's 12th-16th Nov (Thur-Mon) we're thinking of going, so by the looks of that grid that should be 'moderate'. I'll give them a call. Haven't got the temporary AP's just yet though, they're on their way, will I still be able to book using the discount when they arrive or do I need to wait for the 'proper' ones from in the park? Can't believe that didn't occur to me earlier  :-X

Ignore me, I've just seen the 'winter' prices from 3rd November onwards, so it could vary from value to moderate in that case. Definitely worth going on the Thursday rather than the Friday though by the looks of it.  :D

If you are using your AP then they ask for your card number. You could enquire with DLP but they would need your card to get this discount.

When we go we usually avoid booking Fri or Sat as our start date, you will surprised how much you can save.

So I've just got off the phone with Disneyland and got some quotes for a few hotels inclusive of Annual Pass discounts (as this is 35%, it would be relatively easy to figure out the cost without the discount). I explained to the lovely lady on the phone that they hadn't arrived yet but if I could get the quote that would help me out and she said it was no problem  :D:

So 4 nights from Thursday 12th Nov - Monday 16th November just B&B:

Cheyenne       £269.16
Newport Bay   £532.48
New York        £676.48
DLH                £1308.28

I figured Santa Fe would be similar to the Cheyenne, and I didn't ask about Sequoia but its usually around the same sort of price as NPB isn't it? Definitely something to think about as Val d'Europe hotels coming in at £185-£240 for same stay.

Hope this info helps someone else too  :)

If you get annual passes and therefore get EMH, I see no reason not to stay in a partner hotel - as  you pointed out, they are cheaper, and are just as nice, sometimes better - we have stayed in both the Explorers' and the Adagio and they were both excellent & we got a very, very cheap deal...

Explorers' is especially cool as has a fantastic pool, and excellent breakfast... also has great Disney cobranding including a disney shop, and the 6D cinema there is awesome too! Adagio is more of an appartment for self catering, but again has a pool, and the location is excellent, right next to a very cheap supermarket, which saves a fortune on food!

I've heard good things about HiPark and the Castle one too...  :D
