I'm planning on booking a golden forest room shortly for nov, just wanted to check on something first. We don't travel light and last nov at DLH the porter had 11 bags and other large items to take to our room. Does sl offer the luggage portering too? Or even trollies so we can do it ourselves? Have only ever stayed DLH x3 and HNY x3 and they both had this service. (All other times been offsite so nothing to compare it to)

We left our bags at the luggage office as we checked in before 3pm, they then bought them up to our room for us later on in the day so don't see why not.

Our luggage was brought to our room when we stayed in GF in nov..we checked in early as we arrived before 12 and rooms aren't available till after 3 but they took our bags and they were in the room when we returned in the evening
