We have booked the half board standard plan and arrive on the eurostar on the Wednesday and are staying 4 nights.
My plan is to try and have a voucher for a buffet lunch on our last day so we have a good meal earlier in the day.
Do we have to use our first voucher on the Wednesday or can we use the first one on the Thursday?

Yes, your vouchers aren't dated so you can use two in one day for lunch and dinner or one on your last day for lunch. We had a cheap tea one night so used two sets of vouchers the next day for a buffet lunch at Agrabah and a table service meal for a late tea! Enjoy!
