It'll be available to all rooms and public areas in the hotels, not sure about outside them though.
It'll also be available throughout Disney Village (Inside and Outside).

There is WiFi available but NOT for free.
The parcs itself have 3G coverage but we experienced it as terribly slow if not unusable.

At the moment, the WiFi is patchy and available in Hotels in the Lobby/Bar.
But, by next year they're installing WiFi in all Hotels and the Village, it will be available to all Hotel rooms and it has been confirmed as free.

Oh wow thank you for this update!
That are very good news- I was really disappointed from the actual situation!
But now it seems a great opportunity to post tons of pictures in near real time and tease all friends to come visit DLRP too ;-)
I wonder if Mc Donalds and Starbucks will loose guests because they don't have to relay on their free WiFi??

Let's hope the hotspots will be installed and ready in the hotel rooms (or at least the hotel lobbies) this summer, since that's where most of us will be going. It'll be awesome to upload our photos of the parks while we're there (and check twitter, of course).
