A little late as we have been rather busy since the return. All in all an excellent trip with one or two issues. We always stay over the Christmas NY period and usually find the park can cope but this year there seemed to be too many examples of the strain starting to show (Dirty areas, broken fastpass machines with badly managed queues). At one point Space mountain on Christmas Day had only two of its FP machines working and a Q for the FP entrance snaking back to the FP machines themselves, with only one CM at the FP door he had an impossible job trying to manage the problem but no help came for him. ToT and BTMs FP area entrances are now so badly organised and staffed that there now seems to be a constant scrum that almost negates the whole point of the FP. It all seems to come down to one simple fact (lack of staff) and whilst the park seems to think that cutting staff is a cost solution they seem to be making things worse.
Food as ever was wonderful (If anything Walts(especially) and Blue Laggon seemed to be getting better whilst California Grills standard is slipping).
