Title: Something new or are they just redocorating?

Beside Restaurant Hakuna Matata there are high fences, are they doing something new or just redecorating?

Do anyone know for sure if there is going to be any new attraction for the next summer in DLRP?

Maybe this was just the refurbishment of Café de la Brousse, by the waterside?
