Hehe... what exactly do you mean with "reviews", baloo? Sorry, that's just my bad English *g*

I have to say that I haven't visited many restaurants yet. And we only eat fastfood at DLRP coz of the money--but next time we'll try something expensive, probably at Plaza Gardens...

...does anyone know whether there's enough vegetarian food for an all-you-can-eat-buffet? And if not--is there another "upper class restaurant" with veggie food? ;)

We've eaten at these restaurants yet:

--> Casey's Corner (vegetarian Hot Dog)
--> The Cable Car Bake Shop (brownies, donuts)
--> Buzz Lightyear's Pizza Planet (Pizza)
--> Pizzeria Bella Notte (Pizza & Pasta)
--> Toad Hall (breakfast)
--> Au Chalet de la Marionette (breakfast 2x)
--> Colonel Hathi's Pizza Outpost (Pizza & Pasta)
--> Cowboy Cookout BBQ (COLD burritos--bad taste!)

We always wanted to eat @ Hakuna Matata and Agrabah Café, but they were always closed when we were at DLRP :(

My favourite places I've been to are definately Casey's Corner, since it's so convienient and occasionally not too packed, now if they had only realised I asked for a vegitarian hotdog not a hotdog with cheese last August  .  I also love Victoria's for the atmosphere, it's quite nice on a nice sunny day when you're sitting in the conservatory and looking out to Central Plaza.  Plus they have baguette's which are a nice change in the park to the usual Hotdog and Burgers :D .  Also the service is quite nice, shame the tables aern't always the cleanest ever, but really that can't be complained about as long as you can eat from them.

Around the rest of the resort it has to be Annette's, georgous food, happy service and strangely I saw one of the cast of an English TV soap Coronation Street Cilla in there once.  I really have not been to any table service restraunts in the Disneyland Park though, I really want to go to Walts, hopefully I may get there sometime soon, I hear there's plenty of nice Discoveryland concept art on the wall  .

Just to let us know which ones you've eaten at and whether you think they're good or not.  You could mention what meal you had, whether the service was good, what the setting was like, if it was worth the cost, etc...  :)

Sorry, I hope that fits into the topic a bit... although it's only a question

When I read the new brochure, I fell in love again with this amazing Cinderella slipper dessert (nearly too beautiful to eat). I wonder if my boyfriend and I could go to Walt's next year and only get served such a Cinderella slipper? Or can you only have a complete dinner/lunch with main course at Walt's?

My favourite place to eat is definitly Rainforest Cafe.  The food is delicious, and service very good-and the atmosphere is outstanding!  :D
I also love the Cowboy Cookout in Frontierland, the ribs are yummy, and again a great atmosphere, especially when the live band is playing!
My biggest disappointment was the Blue Lagoon.  Fantastic setting and we were lucky enough to get a table right by the water, but the service wasn't that good, and the food below average.  Considering it's one of the pricier places to eat, I expected a lot better!  :(

I think this desert is only available at Auberge de Cendrillon in Fantasyland, but I might be wrong.
The restaurant reviews and menus on http://www.dlpfoodguide.com/ (http://www.dlpfoodguide.com/) should tell you more  :D
Hope that helps  :D

OK, so far this year we've eaten at:

Lucky Nugget Saloon: (Frontierland) (all you can eat buffet) 30€ Adults - 15€ Kids. Excellent food (not much for veggies tho but some) and different Disney characters come to your table and pose for photos and sign autograph books. Definitely a favourite. (If you have kids, make sure they stay seated otherwise the characters ignore them if they go chasing for autographs - They WILL come to your table).

King Ludwigs Castle: (Disney Village) I had the "Tournedos do Roi" 29€ (Beef tournedos rossini with foie gras, mushroom and chestnut port sauce) in here and it may well have been the best steak i've ever eaten - delicious!  (We ate at Ludwigs 2 years ago and had the worst meal ever! - some dried up chicken and fries)

Casey's Corner: (Main Street USA) Top place if you just need a snack or dont want to spend a lot. I love the hot dogs in here.

Auberge de Cendrillon: (Fantasyland) Probably our favourite. Has to be the best setting in all of DLRP, my wife keeps saying it would make a wonderful house!. Again a bit expensive but really worth it if you want to unwind. :D

Silver Spur Steakhouse: (Frontierland) Top quality steaks, ribs and mexican style, not cheap but great steaks. (1 tip, dont go in near closing time, the quality of the food drops quite a bit!) :D

   Sequoia Lodge: Hunters Grill:
We ate in here in 2004 and had some kebab style skewers brought to the table - lovely. This year it was a buffet style meal and was the worst food i've ever eaten at DLRP, completely bland.

I have to say that the best restaurant ive eaten at in DLRP had to be Anettes Diner in the Disney Village, the food was lovely there, and the service was pretty good. I definetly recomend it, It's not too expensive either.

Hello!

Is it possible to book a table for a restaurant by telephone. I'm going to disneyland during our christmas holidays and I want to book a table at the L'Auberge de Cendrillon restaurant. Can anyone of you recommend it?

During our last visit in april we enjoyed "Walt's". A really nice restaurant with delicious meals. We had the Walt's Burger :D

Which another restaurant with table-service can you recommend?

Thank you!!!

Hi there, the food in Cinderella's is excellent and a beautiful setting :D

and you most certainly can book tables in advance - we've booked 6 different meals over the Christmas period

I believe the reservations number in Austria is 0810 00 2345

Or u can phone direct to 33 1 60 30 60 30

*bump* ;)

My question was:

I wonder if my boyfriend and I could go to Walt's next year and only get served such a Cinderella slipper? Or can you only have a complete dinner/lunch with main course at Walt's?

Maybe now that we've got more people in the forum, someone knows the answer? And I guess the Slipper is availabe, that's what http://www.dlrpfooguide.com (http://www.dlrpfooguide.com) says:

Walt's [...]: Desserts - fixed price
 E 7,00

Strawberry shortbread, Saint-Honoré cream and stewed rhubarb.

Cinderella's Slipper with a griottine cherry sauce.

Home-style Ile Flotante - A peach and orange "soup" with whisked egg.
...

(by the way... what is "griottine"? ;) )

Hi everyone - we returned from our first trip to Disneyland Paris a week ago and i have to say how impressed we were with the resturants we visited.

Annettes on our first night - a lot of fun and good value

Cafe Mickeys - amazing, the best time we could have had, we'll definitley go back there, my daughter loved it we were in there for ages, food was great, characters were a lot of fun and it was good value.

Cinderellas resturant - we couldn't believe that a meal in such a beautiful place would be so inexpensive and Oh wow... those chocolate "glass" slippers. Pure magic.
Title:
Post by: Alicat on December 25, 2006, 11:22:48 PM
Sorry meant to say - we got a Cinderellas slipper at Cinderellas resturant not Walts, which worked out to about 25 Euros per person. It was amazing food and a lovely place to eat. Don't know whether Walts would do the desert on its own, but if not Cinderellas is such good value.  :mickey2:

Hey Alicat,

hehe, seems as if I haven't seen you last post

So you ate at Auberge de Cendrillon? I wonder whether we should go there in September coz we'll stay four days and so I thought of having just one dinner at a higher class restaurant (we never were at any of them coz of the money *g*)...

On dlrpfooguide.com I found out that they also have a vegetarian dish (I guess it was pasta with vegetables or so)... Is it worth the money? I mean, how big or small are the dishes? Yeah, and on this site it's said that the Cinderella Slipper with chocolate mousse (or ist it ALL the desserts??) is 3 Euros extra. Was it 25 Euros or 22 Euros for main dish and dessert when you were there?

I also found out with this site that there's a Cinderella Slipper with fruit sauce at Walt's, but it costs 7 Euros.

Here are some of our reviews from our last trips:

Annette's Diner: Great restaurant with a nice atmosphere. In the evening the waiter do sometimes some dancing. The food is excellent, a big choice of different food and the desserts are delicious.

Blue Lagoon: A favourite. Very romantic atmosphere and very friendly waiters. And the food was fantastic.

Au Chalet de la Marionette: Nice themed restaurant with a good choice of tasty Fast Food. And the Apfelstrudel is superb. The only wired thing in this restaurant is the music.

Bella Notte: Nice food and very nice theming.

Funete del Oro: Great mexican food. Just the cold Burritos aren't that tasty.

Toad Hall: Very good Fish'n'Chips and not so expensive.

Cafe Hyperion: We ate here several times and our Burgers have always been cold. The only good thing is, that you can warch the show wjile you're eating.

Rainforest Cafe: A great restaurant. A favourite. Fantastic atmosphere and service. And the food is awesome.

La Cantina: I like the colourful style and the grwat choice of mexican food. The stuff is always very friendly.

Colonel Hathi's: Nice atmosphere, but the food isn't that nice. It has always been cold.

Hunter's Grill: Very nice atmosphere and a big choice of tasty food.

Sport's Bar: Great sandwiches with fries !

Cowboy Cookout Barbecue: Very nice atmosphere, especially in winter when you sit near the fire place. And the chicken with Barbecuesaude is very delicious.

Hey, I have some things to tell you about restaurants at DLP!

Cafe Mickey is my favourite restaurant there. The food is yummy, the pizza's especially are amazing (partly because they're so huge) as are the desserts and having the characters messing about is a major plus. The service there has always been fantastic and it's not *too* expensive.

Auberge de Cendrillon in Fantasyland is very nice, however I only had dessert in there - the Cinderella's slipper - but I did prefer it at Walt's (Even though it is probably exactly the same) The glass carriage in the courtyard is beautiful.

Plaza Gardens Restaurant is one of my other favourites there, we were sat in an area where there were some characters which made it a million times better and the buffet, I think it was 20Euros was yummy. It seemed worth the money aswell as they had bread, salads, pasta, hot food, meals, pizza's and tons of desserts. If you're good at eating, it's well worth the money because of the variety.

Planet Hollywood - Really cool, ate in there once and was happy with the food and service but because I could jump on a train and go to the one in London back home I wasn't amazed.

Rainforest Cafe - Lots of fun, cocktails without alcohol are awesome but like Planet Hollywood, you can go to it at home - it's not a 'Disney' experience.

Annette's Diner - I know it's supposed to be authentic and diner-esque (which it does seem) but it feels a little cheap. The milkshake/ice creams are excellent though (as are all their deserts). I have to say, and I don't know if this is just an English thing, that everytime I have eaten a burger in Europe (twice at Annette's) it's made me feel really ill. I don't think the meat is undercooked or anything like that, it's just very different to burgers here in the UK. Any thoughts? It's fun in the evenings with the staff dancing though and good if you want to save a bit of money.

Hunter's Grill and Beaver Creek Tavern in Sequoia Lodge are excellent restaurants. I have been in both and the food is really good, there's a LOT of it and there's a good deal if you buy a main meal and have the starter and dessert buffet with it. The only thing I didn't like was the seafood as I can't bear the sight or smell of it and the couple on the next table to us, sat very close aswell, had plates full of shells and were scooping the insides out. Each to their own though!!!

Redwood Lounge and Bar at Sequoia Lodge is excellent, the cocktails in there are superb and seem expensive but if you think about the exchange rate of GBP to Euro's, they're really not at all. Last time I went in there though it was very smoky?

Walt's I love. We were given a table at the window in the room at the top of the stairs and we were over looking Main Street (and the parade) which was wonderful. The food is very American but classic; you can get a 'proper' meal in there or a burger if you're fussy. The desserts are really good, I remember having a cookie in the shape of Mickey's head with rhubarb something or other that was yummy. The service in there is always outstanding and the music is catchy (I bought a CD of the resort's music during a previous stay after finding myself humming along)

Pizzeria Bella Note is fine for what it is. The pizza's reminded me of school pizza but after a day of running about in the parks and needing something filling and quick to eat it was fine.

I've bought snacks/drinks/crepes from a lot of the vendors in the parks and they've all been great.

Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlour does excellent Belgian Waffles and I have to say they were as good as the ones I had in Belgium last weekend!

I wanted to eat in Lucky Nugget Saloon everytime I've visited but we always had a budget of 40 euros each on food per day, and usually we squander it away on waffles, Cafe Mickey, Hot chocolate souvenir mugs during the parades etc - so in my next trip, I will put some more money aside and go there on the first day!! I always find myself weighing up eating (even more food after the massive breakfast you have in the hotels) with buying more things...and presents usually always win!

Hope that helps!
x

We have reservations at Walt's. I am excited to see it but the complete meals with starters and entree is more than we usually eat. Is it ok to just order a main dish and a beverage- or is that frowned upon in France?

Thank you!

As my Hubby is a big "meat eater", we want to go to a steakhouse at DLRP in june.
Which one is better: The Steakhouse in the village or Silver Spur Steakhouse at the Disneyland Park?
 :-s
Title:
Post by: Samninetysix on April 10, 2007, 01:04:33 PM
I personally would go for the Steakhouse, the Silver Spur is ok but just lately it seems that you have to catch it at the right time - our last 2 visits to Silver Spur have been disappointing.

When we at a the steakhouse in the park no one ate their meal. My mum sent her meal back about 5 times (they must have hated us) My brother and Dad like their meals well done! and I don't like steak so.... Also the brithday cake they gave us wasn't the nicest but I am pretty fussy about cake.

We eat alot at the marionette (sp?) good for lunch and rarely that busy when we go!

I have been to disney 6 times and have no recolection of eating anywhere else  :?

I have aten at several locations but Planet Hollywood is one of my faves. Als very good is La Cantina in Santa Fe and Rain Forest Cafe.
McDonalds was really bad cause my food was cold and I really do hate cold fries.
I also went to Annette's diner but the service there was terrible.. untill the manager came upfront cause I had a complain about a girl. Than he waited my table and he was really great (almost to great... I think he was trying to make up for that horrible girl).
I also ate at the Disney Studio park although I cannot remember the name but it is next to the entrance and it really looked like McD's food to me and also had a pizza in Disney park but that one was really fat but good to eat.. :)

Title: Restaurants we have eaten at
Post by: disneyfanatic on May 30, 2007, 09:28:08 AM
This is always hard for us as I have 1 child who doesn't eat pork
1 child who doesn't eat any meat & is a picky eater to boot
1 child with tomato & strawberry allergies

THE LUCKY NUGGET SALOON- (*****) The best in my opinion although only 5 of the 8 characters came to our table & my favorite Tigger didn't  didn't see floor show.

CAFE MICKEY- (*****)Great for breakfast haven't gone any other time yet. Had 7 characters around our daughter for her 9th B-day. Cake expensive & too sweet.

PLAZA GARDENS- (**)Didn't think the quality of the food was all that good or fresh compared to Lucky Nugget. We are not seafood fans though and there seemed to be alot of seafood.

FUENTE DEL ORO RESTAURANTE-(***) I liked the chicken fahita's and the little chocolate cakes with the chocolate chips in them are so good!

CASEY'S CORNER- (****) I detest hot dogs but my hubby & son like them and always rave about how good they are.

AU CHALET DE LA MARIONNETTE- (*****) Great counter service place. I always get the chicken & our veggie boy loves the egg sandwhiches.

PIZZERIA BELLA NOTTEE- (**) this last time it was carboard in a box but I remember years ago it was good. Maybe we just had some that sat there too long.

BUZZ LIGHTYEARS PIZZA PLANET- (***) Pizza was ok for a theme park. Kids play area was closed. I like the Pizza Planet at the WDS in FL better.

We would like to try the Princess meal and Walt's but with the picky eaters in our house & the costly prices  probably won' t unless we come without the little ones....

ANNETTE'S DINER- (***) food was ok. Could've been better for the price. portions are large but taste was blahh. Dancers weren't very energetic or enthusiastic. Seemed a little dirty. Once again maybe we cought them at a bad time. In 2002 we remember it was better.

NEW YORK STYLE DELI- (****) I like the panini sandwhiches. A little different from the fast/junk food in the main parks.

Haven't eaten at Rainforest cafe or Planet Hollywood. Seems pricey for quality of food from the reviews I have read.

I'd recommend Toad Hall.  The service was a little slow but the food was hot and fresh and they got the order right first time, really nice fish and chips!  In Disney Village I'd recommend the New York Deli place, we went there a couple of times and their panini's are just lovely - they even looked after my hubby's rucksack he left behind containing all our passports, camcorder, camera and money !!

We have just (literally today  :D ) returned from our holiday to DLRP and here are my experiences of the eateries:

Annette's - Lovely food, burgers, big and juicy, loads of chips, kids meals were a good size  and the milkshakes were great.

Steakhouse in Disney Village - We had Sunday Brunch here and it was really lovely - not too busy and the characters came and spent a long time with each table.  The food was hot and tasty with plenty of choice for our varied tastes.  Wine included in the price - very welcome and unexpected!

Pizza Planet - disappointing, the play area was closed for refurb and the food was bland.

Plaza Gardens - we had a birthday tea here as it was my sons 8th birthday, unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed.  The range of cakes was limited and the drinks were all fizzy (no milk or fruit juice)  The characters came around but were monopolised by a few family groups who sent their kids over to interrupt every time the characters came to our table and got in all our pictures.

Although theses other guests were, in my opinion, extremely rude, the characters did spend a lot of time with them as they were making the most noise I suppose.  Several of the people on tables around me walked out in disgust with their children really upset!  It's a shame that the waitressing staff didnt intervene in some way to ensure that everyone got a fair deal.  As for the food, we didnt have access to the rest of the buffet, just the cakes but there are only so many sweet things that you can eat at one time so we only really had a small amount.  I wouldnt recommend eating here. :(

Overall, I found the food in the parks to be very expensive and the menus are similar in a lot of the take-away's.  I also missed eating fruit and veg as most of the take aways sell 'junk' food with little choice.

When I went last month my favorite place was Anettes, I thought the food was great, a bit on the pricey side but still. It has a great atmosphere and the milkshakes are probably the best I've ever had!

I thought Walts was brilliant too, the staff are top notch and the food is made just right. It also has a great atmosphere and lovely theming.

I also liked the theming in Toad Hall, was quite nice and was very relaxing.

Wendy I kinda agree with you about the menus being the same but I also feel that a lot of different foods can be found around the resort. Tbh if healthy food was avaliable then I probably wouldn't have it anyway. Its a shame you had a bad experience (especially for your son's birthday) at Plaza gardens.

Last month we really missed the fruit stalls that were dotted around the Park in July '06.
It was such a good idea - great for the children to have cartons of fresh kiwi, melon , pineapple etc. .............
But this year  - none were to be found at all! We wondered if this was because last summer was so hot (40 degrees when we were there), and this year it's been a good bit cooler. But maybe that wasn't the reason.
Anyway I hope these stalls are back next summer!

Quote from: "clarabella"What do people make of the Silver Spur? I made a reservation yesterday along with Cafe Mickey when we go to Disney in 2 weeks, but there isn't many reviews about it!
Is it a good choice or not?

Of all the full service restaurants I found this the least succesful and most basic in terms of choice and execution.

Could anyone recommend a good place to eat in the village for the first night we arrive?
I love the rainforest cafe and planet hollywood(fantastic food and service and great value for money!) and want to save them for later on our trip, i want somewhere new that will really get us into the disney spirit!
I also have half board vouchers so is there anywhere where we can redeem these at face value in the disney village?

Cafe Mickey is brilliant for a taste of Disney without having to go into the park.

I visited in early March. We first tried Annettes Diner which was great. Great food and atmosphere. If you eat in the evening the staff have a performance of some 60's songs. My daughter and I really enjoyed it. Next day for lunch we tried Planet Hollywood and was very disappointed. Sandwich was fine but I asked for tea and all they had was Earl Grey.I just wanted a normal cuppa but they didn't have any. My daughters nuggets were just ok, she said. Didn't think it was value for money. But I was even more disappointed in Cafe Mickey. It was like a rugby scrum. Table booked for half 7 but so were crowds of other people. Got a table at 8. The food was lukewarm and not a great choice. Goofy and the gang where there but it was a brief appearance and lots of kids where disappointed. All in all, Annettes Diner was our favourite.

This has been in fourth year running with the kids and we found the food to be rubbish.  We had half board plus vouchers and we ate:

1st Night Plaza Gardens
2nd Day Lucky Nugget (used to LOVE this restaurant - kids pushing to see characters - not fun at all and Adults skipping the queue to get seated first even thought we all had reservations- no manners!)
3rd & 4th Day Billy Bob Buffet (2 nights running - only because we couldn't get in anywhere else)
5th Day Rendevous Des Stars

Seems to be the exactly same type of food offered in these buffet style restaurants.  It is really disappointing because the vouchers are not cheap and you do expect a variation in the different themed restaurants.  It looks to me, like the make food in a central location and then send to all the restaurants!!

The best place was Rendevous des Stars which had a slight variation on food, would recommend here and it also had a jazz band playing which was great.

Tried to eat in a few other places like Colonel Hathi and Agrabah Buffet?! but both closed when we visited.

I don't understand why Disney offer a selection of restaurant to use vouchers but they are not all open - why o why.....

Did have a wonderful holiday but felt food was very poor.

Thank you pjulie for the restaurant review :)! It's good to hear that the vouchers aren't so good, I guess I won't take them...

Oh, so the Rendez-Vous des Stars is good? I never ate at the Studios, but this restaurant seemed to be the nicest one, especially with the Ratatouille-Themeing ;)! Do you think/know that there's also enough choice for Vegetarians?

hey there  :D

i came back from a 4-day trip in march and now here's my restaurant-review:

1. sequioa lodge restaurants - beaver creek tavern
had dinner once and we were sooooo surprised by the good quality of the food! everything was just delicious!! from starter to dessert.. we had salads for starters, i loved to couscous-salad!!, and then there was this nice and spicey turkey-dish as a main course.. there was also chili con carne/pizza/pasta/all sorts of vegetables and meat, and for dessert they had about 7 different cakes .. chocolate, apple-pie, orange/lemon-pie.. berry-pie.. wow* that meal was delicious!!

2. En Coulisse, ( Studios Park )
i remember eating chicken nuggets at the park once, about 3 years ago, and they were just tasting like an old shoe ;-)
but this time, we tried again. we had just arrived at the park, and i was standing there, waiting for my chicken nuggets, and telling my mum "i know, they're not gonna taste good, but who cares, we haven't had anything yet today, so let's just eat whatever we get here.."
and then...!! they turned out to be just lovely!! really.. they were hot and just so tasty.. :-) so definitely go there and enjoy them.. great, but i have to admit, the chicken nuggets are all the same, in the whole park area.. doesn't really matter where you order them, they taste pretty much the same.
all in all, i think fast food (fries / chicken nuggets, etc ) has improved since, let's say..2004/2006

3. fuente del oro, frontierland.
what a lovely selection of food!!! i loved it, was my favourite in the whole park. the chicken fajitas were just wonderful... hot food, all very spicy, i loooove spicy food.. and a good portion. couldn't really eat all. but they also give you lots of sauce's to go with, for free which is very nice.
my mum had the mixed platter. that was onion rings, jalapenos..chicken wings, and tortilla chips. tried some too, and that was nice and hot. so we really loved this place!!

4. casey's corner. main street USA.
well.. what can i say, the hot dogs were nice. we had to wait a little until we got served (just about 8min. which is totally fine) but the hot dogs were sooo hot! was really worth the wait.
just one little thing, i didn't like the mayonaise that they served with it.
ketchup was fine. just the regular one. but that mayonaise.. it tasted soo special. mum said it has to be cause they but onions or garlic as a seasoning in it.
just not very good. but anyway. fries and nuggets were great, again, same as everywhere in the park :-) good quality!

5. buffalo bill's wild west show
such a lovely show!! you really shouldn't miss that one!!! :-)
the food was good too. although everyone i know keeps on complaining about the quality and taste of it. but i like it. i looove the chili for starters. it's great! and the cornbread too! wonderful :) although i always say it tastes like lemon cake. :-)
the main course is different now. it's a brochette of different meat's chicken and sausage. everything is topped with a dark bbq-sauce. if you like that taste, you'll love it. like myself ;-) but my mum hates it. and she really got sick afterwards.. :-(
the dessert is still the same. hot apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
that's lovely as usual :-)

6. mcdonalds.
well, what can i say... just mcdonalds ;-) but fine, as everywhere around the world.

7. popcorn!!
disney's got the best popcorn in the world!! it's so tasty. and i love that it's sweet not salty. a change is always good :-)

so.. that's it! hope you enjoy reading it and all in all: don't be scared about the chicken nuggets.. ;-) they're lovely. and GO TO FUENTE DEL ORO !!! :-) food is divine there! :-)

greetings from switzerland
-Sandra-

Hello, I got back about a month or so ago from a brilliant trip in DLRP!

On the 1st night we headed over to Annette's which never fails! Food service has always been good for us and reasonably quick - not too quick.

On the 2nd night for dinner we dined at The Steakhouse, where I had the curry which was lovely! And the waiter was more than kind, he even gave us a free starter! I've always had great experiances here - I recommend it highly!

On the 3rd - I think this was our first visit to the Rain forest Café of the trip - it was superb. Got a brilliant seat near the gorilla - which can be annoying but I was just happy to be there. Had the rasta pasta which is a personal favourite!

On the 4th - we once again went to the Rain forest Café and again on the 5th. You'd think we'd get sick of it?!

General good experiances once again with the dining at DLRP  :D/

Anyone knows when Fuente del Oro is open? The last two times we have been to DLRP it was closed, is it only opened in the high season? My girlfriend (a veggie) would love to eat veggie fajitas, at least something different from all those burgers and pizzas... :D
I'm wondering if it will be hard for her to find good food, we are spoiled from Disney World, where everywhere are veggie-burgers waiting for you!

Dagobert, at WDW they have Veggie burgers everywhere?? I want them, too

My boyfriend and I, both Veggies, had the Vegetable Fajitas at Fuente del Oro too last September. They were good, but we also had tastier food elsewhere. But I liked the onion rings and the guacamole, we also bought nachos because they didn't have the salad anymore...

Haha don't worry Soap, he didn't say anything bad, he just told me how tasty the veggie brugers in WDW are and so ;)! But I understand what you mean, it's daily the same in the city where I live - many of the citizens are Turkish and talk turkish the whole day, so that I feel like a stranger in our "own" country  :?

dagobert, yes right, that's the vegetables you can fill the wraps with, you also get guacamole and five or six (really tasty) onion rings with it :)!
Oh yeah, we also hope that the Agrabah Café is open during our next visit (Christmas Season), we've never been there before but always wanted to eat there, raptor f.e. said that the veggie food there shall be great :)!
And maybe I'll be able to visit WDW one day, then I'll surely try the burgers :)!

Been there twice. Really good food. I loved the couscous. The kebab is also not too bad... and for dessert they have these great oriental treats... layout of the buffet sucks about, though.

But it's definitely my favourite buffet restaurant at DLRP right now!

Also: try the mint tea... delicious!

I went for the 1st time in March, I loved it! Has to be one of my favourites. It was fairly quiet, so no queues for the really nice food, and the place itself is beautiful. Will definitely go back there!!

I'm also a fan of the Blue Lagoon, although last time I went there the service was awfully slow, we spent almost 2 hours in the restaurant!!

I only went there once but Walts was also really good. We had a late (very late) lunch and we saw the start of the parade from our table.

I really like the buffet services, it's a much nicer experience (much better than queuing for ever to get a crappy burger), the food is good and you can still have a quick lunch!! (quicker than in the a la carte restaurants, at least).

Finally the California Grill in the Disney Hotel, if you don't mind spending quite a bit for your meal, is wonderful. I've had dinner there twice (never tried it during the day, don't even know if they're open), and after a long, tiring day, it's just perfect. Food is delicious, service is good, and it's just wonderfully quiet!! Wouldn't go there with kids, though...

Ok so here goes

Inside the parks :

Bella Notte - The best place we've found for pizza and pasta in the parks, Both the lasgane and pizza are perfectly acceptable and usually hot.

Casey Jones - Great hotdogs and chicken nuggets for the kids. Fast service. Can get a bit boring after a week though

Victorias on Main Street - Decent sandwiches and cakes - makes a nice change from fast food.

Oustide The parks :

Cafe Mickey - Good food but quite expensive. HOWEVER if you have children this is the place to eat at least once for the photo opportunities. If you do make sure you go at the times when characters are around (they're published in the window etc). Please book via the hotel concierge as soon as you arrive at DLRP. Once again I'll say this is the place to get all your character photos.

Annettes Diner - The best and most reasonable prices at DLRP. Great american style food.

Planet Hollywood - Same quality as the other planets. A bit more expensive than annettes. Again american style food.

???? Deli - Can't remember the name but good for a quick sandwich or cake in my wife's case.

Thats about it as we never eat in any of the hotel restaurents etc.

Hope this helps.

That's kind of a summary what me and my family usually eats or favors during our trips:

Toad Hall: fish 'n chips (the double version- 2fishes enough for 2 people) mostly hot and
simply very good, my father never misses salade fraicheur

Victoria's Home style cooking- Pizza Mickey( a piece Pizza in shape of Mickey's head)
simply my favorite Pizza in the park, nice and fresh Donuts

Au Chalet de la Marionette- half chicken, well spiced, a lot of meat  :D

Colonel Hathi's / Pizzeria Bella Notte- nice Pizza and pasta( Bolognese, Napoli)

Fuento del Oro- really nice and spicy chicken wings great Brownies as dessert

Gibson Girl- great ice cream( not Ben & Jerries) the same at
Fantasia Gelati- many flavours

Cowboy Cookout- prefer half chicken in very delicious Barbecue sauce or spare ribs in
                       the same sauce

Hakuna Matata- last summer: family menu with a bucket of spicy chicken pieces and
                        1,5l coke

Auberge de Cendrillon- in 1995 special offer; possibility to have only fantastic ice cream
in shaped bowls matching the theme. Wonderful memory to sit
in the backyard, 30 degrees, Cinderellas carriage..."sigh" :D

Sandwiches NY styled- best french baguettes( for example ham & cheese), always
fresh and crunchy, big fries similar to Toad Hall's chips

En Coulisse- Pizza as usual in the Resort, fantastic Bacon cheese Burger

Cafe des Cascadeurs- Ben& Jerries ice cream

The "spicy chicken" variations I've mentioned are all differently flavored, just hard to describe :D
In general very pleased about offer, selection and standard of these counter service restaurant!!  :D

Hi All

We're just back fom a 5 day stay - we had an amazing time.

Here's my views of the places we ate. We had half board standard Vouchers.

Plaza Gardens
lovely setting but the food wasn't that good very salty. The layout of the buffet was also very odd desserts were between the two main course food areas which made it difficult to access. reminded me of school dinners

Chuck Wagon

Buffet style again but really nice. A good variety -meatballs, quiches, raost chicken. spare ribs, stew, ratatouli, pizza, rissotto, chips, chicken nuggets, salmon, carrots, brocoli, cauliflour, sweetcorn and lots of salad. The desserts were amazing 15 to chose from. We ate here twice as it was so good. We stayed in the santa Fe and we went to look at the buffet but weren't impressed. Not as much choice. The restaurant is also really clean.

Cafe Mickey Character lunch.
Set meal 9.5 Euros child 30 euros for adults. Kids choices pizza, pasta etc all shaped as the mouse himself. Adult starter soup, caeser salad, mushroom, garlic bread. Main Fish chips, steak, pasta. Had creme brulee for pud - mmmmmm. There were 6 character doing the rounds all lovely and in fine spirits. The kids loved this.

Annette's diner

Was ok the atmoshpere was nice rollerskating waiters. The portions were massive didn't taste as fresh as would have thought. Filled a gap when we were hungry. Ever kind of burger ( and yet more chips). Didn't have to pay extra Adult got starter and main  kids main and dessert.

Hope this helps

Scotlass

:pluto: When we were staying at the Davy Crockett last week we ate at Crockett's Tavern which we all enjoyed. It was a buffet like Lucky Nugget and the other hotel restaurants. There was plently to choose from - a selection of salad starters, prawns. There were dishes like salmon in beurre blanc sauce, chicken, barbeque ribs, roast pork, chilli etc. Plenty for the little ones. There must have been a choice of about 10 -15 desserts to try as well as a cheese board selection all this for 67 euro's for 3 people including soft drinks and a bottle of wine. We spent 2 hours in the Tavern which was all decked out in it's Christmas finery - Magical! :D

My perfect Disney Eating experience ( If I had the money )

Breakfast 8am: Cafe Mickeys. An absolute must at least once per visit.
Lunch 11.30am: Casey's Hotdogs. Mmmmm yummy, followed by an apple taken from Cafe Mickeys
Dinner 4pm: Billy Bob's Buffet. The chilli is nice if not at all spicy, and you can't beat the selections for dessert (so why fight it, have a bit of each)
Late Snack 8.30pm : Annettes Diner for the Incredible burger challenge

Sadly the total price for this is equivalent to the gross annual product of some small countries, but you can always dream.

P.s. Forgot to squeeze in a donut

*** CAFE MICKEY *** (Last night!)

It was coming to the end of my annual trip to DLRP and my girlfriend Gemma's first ever trip - so I decided to take her out for a nice meal.  I've eaten in Planet Hollywood before and know the food is good but I thought I'd try Cafe Mickey - it seemed like the perfect Disney end to a perfect Disney holiday!

We arrived at about 7ish without making a reservation, wondering if we'll get a table.  Can't be that many people wanting a table for two in this family fun-zone...  They found us a table, not to near the screaming kids - and Mickey was there to greet us!  The Main Mouse pulled out our chairs, gave us our menu and even made a recommendation!!  Talk about service!  Photos and autographs... obviously...

We decided to go for the Set Menu - 3 courses for 30 Euros.

We both had the starter of roasted garlic mushrooms on a hotplate with a WHOLE BULB OF GARLIC!!  The starters came out quickly and was very nicely presented.

For Main, Gemma had the Pluto Steak (Mickey's suggestion!!) in a challot sauce.  Which came out a little rarer than she'd like but loved the sauce.  I had the Pinocchio Pasta which was loaded with veggies, shitake mushrooms and chicken in a creamy garlic sauce - awesome!

For dessert we both had the Snow White Apple Tart (which I think is slightly bad taste considering...) with Butterscotch Ice Cream - it was just to die for!  We were waiting a bit for our desserts and second round of drinks but with the plethora (I love that word) of characters working the room you didn't worry to much!

Big cudos to the Sheriff of Nottingham he had the best schtick - huge belly, huge ar$e etc...

Overall with tips about 40 Euros a head which isn't bad considering all the free entertainment.

I love the idea of eating in DLP however, I have to a picture of a vegetable as my kids seem to forget what they look like by the end of the stay!

Anyway.... Best experience(s) would be....

4th Place, Walts... great location, if you time it right you can catch a parade whilst eating dinner.  Theming is lovely but for large parties it is difficult to get a table together.

3rd Place, Hunters Grill .... Really surprised by the selection, I am a big fan of buffets as they offer the sort of choice that means the kids can try stuff without you worrying about ordering something they won't eat.

2nd Place, Inventions...lovley food excellent choice and good selection of characters...bloomin expensive though!

1st Place, Cafe Mickey... Would go back time and time again, expensive but the kids love it and you really feel like you are part of the disney theme.

And the booby prizes....

in 3rd place....  Silver steak house.  not good steak, and not great service.

in 2nd place.. The Blue Lagoon, have been on several occasions but the service is soooo sllllooooowww and the carribean food selection doesn't really "wash" with the kids.

and the 1st place goes to... The Rain Forest Cafe.  Food was over priced and we even got a visitor crawling across the plate.  YUCK!!!

Here are my reviews from my trips to disney:

*Cafe Mickey-fantastic deserts, tho very expensive, can also get very very busy when the characters are around.

*Chuckwagon-buffet with a good choice of food, poss not too much here for vegatarians, as emphasis is on meat products, but all the food is well cooked and hot.

* Planet Hollywood-expensive but worth it, the portions are huge and the food is fantastic :P also just seems a special place to eat, the staff are attentive, downsides are the queues and waits can be long and the photographer can be anoying!

*Buffalo Bills-i didnt like the food, not that there was anything wrong with it, just not my kind of meal! The others in my party liked it tho, and i personally didnt go for the food anyways.

*The plaza-we always eat at the buffet here at least once a stay, there is a good choice and all the food tastes nice. You can also get crepes etc, which is a bit different as a dessert from the usual cakes at the buffets.

*Casey Jones-ok food, rather expensive, personally would rather leave the park and have a Mcdonalds

*Mcdonalds-relatively cheap and cheerful, good for a hot meal (?) without breaking the bank.

*The sweet shop on Main Street (sorry cant remember its name!) this place has the BEST biscuits in the world (the ones shaped like Mickeys head!) and all the biscuits and fudge etc are well worth a look!

I found the food whilst expensive was all pretty decent. And I liked the flexibility on the half board vouchers - most places would give you the set menu, like it or lump it..

night 1 - Hunters grill, SL hotel

Great buffet - nicve range of stuff, and the lasagne was almost as good as my mums,...  great sausages too!

brekkies at SL -  cereal, rolls, meats, cheeses, jams - usual things - nice rolls and croissants - but the cheese should have been sliced instead of cubed....

lunch 1 - chaklet de marrionette - nice half chicken - not too sure abouyt all the herbs, but it was nicely cooked.

night 2 - c afe mickey - had the set menu - the mushrooms were nice,m and served on a hot platter - a couple of cloves in, I discovered that the strange vegetable thing was actually a whole bulb of garlic !!!
The steak was pretty nice, dexcribed as "nutchers choice cut", so wasn'rt expecting rump or fillet.  The sauce was nice too.
The creme brulee was ace - lovely big bowl yum yum!
service was a lkittle slow - but the atmosphere with characters was good.

Lunch 2 - backlot express at studios - had a croque with mushrooms - filling an d pretty tasty for theme park lunch

night 3 - king ludwigs castle - good prices (18 euros for the 2 course menu) - the leak and potato soup was good and tasty, and the pasta imn cheese was goiod too!  the dark wheat beer was very good too - service

lunch 3 - colonel hathi's pizza - Very good pizza here, nicely seasoned and served pretty quickly, and hot.

dinner 3 - billy bobs.  Slightly limited choice here - but the chilli and the fajita's were very good

Cafe Mickey was FAB  :D We had pre ordered the meal and it was from the set menu, deffo worth pre ordering from the uk as we paid about £62 for 2 adults 1 child and our infant age 2 was given baby food, thats ok for her as she has special needs and eats mashed food  but I dont think my eldest daughter would of eaten it a 2 years old.
So great saving compared to the bill that said 80 euros
I had Fantasia Mushrooms to start and Fish and chips for main they were both really yummy and nicley presented. Then for my desert I had apple pie this was delicious.
The Character interaction is great and even with characters there evereyone was relaxed and enjoying their meals, waiting their turn.
I will be going back

Hello all.

We love Annettes, and always visit when we go. We really like the theming, and I think it is good value for money. We also like Rainforest and Planet Hollywoods.

I would however like to try somewhere a bit more Disney, maybe Walt's or Auberge de Cendrillon. Could anyone give me some pointers, or recommend any other good Disney themed restaurants?

Also would I need to book for Walts or Auberge de Cendrillon?

If you can get a table at Walt's for about 3:30pm (I think that's the latest they take lunch bookings) then you might get a chance to see the parade go by, especially at the quieter times of year. I absolutely recommend Walt's, not only for that view but also the service level there was excellent when I went.

Haven't been to Auberge de Cendrillon, but I think it's the type of place that would need booking in advance, as it's the Princess character dining meals they do there, and those tend to fill up quick.
That said, I don't think the need to book is quite as urgent as, say, Cinderella's Royal Table at Disney World, where you need to phone up exactly 90 days in advance, when the lines open, speak as quickly and clearly as you can, and hope for the best...

Number One: Cafe Mickey. Was there at all times of the day. A must on every visit. I love the character meals and it is the best chance to get character pictures AND a very good meal. The breakfast buffet is delicious, too.

Number Two: Walts. I love the Cinderella Slipper and the Walts pictures in the ordering card (don't know the right english word) and the whole atmosphere there.

Number Three: Cowboy Cookout Barbecue. I love the food and it is mostly not so overcrowded as the other Fast Food Restaurants.

And I love the garlic bread at the Pizzeria Bella Notte. But the pizza in whole Disneyland is just .... :-(
The brownies from Victorias are also a must for me.

Just returned from the magic, we had Half Board Premium vouchers and here is where we ate in order......

1. California Grill - We all absolutely loved this place, the waiters treat you like your a king, and were very good with my little sister. The atmosphere is good, very quiet and relaxing. The dining is sooo nice and the views over the park are awesome! Food is of course amazing, and if your using Half Board Premium vouchers a real bargain. The price of the "Tinkerbell Menu" which is basically the same as the choices of the half board menu is 55 euros each, so your getting a great deal with the vouchers even more so once you factor in drinks.

9/10

2. Cafe Mickey - What can I say, great food, big portions, and characters roaming around. Its a good night, very fun with lots of clapping and music. Using the vouchers we were allowed to choose ANYTHING off the menu, even the extra pizza toppings were free!

8/10

3. Yacht Club - Nice atmosphere, good food although a lot of it is seafood, so beware if your not keen on fish etc.

7/10

4. Inventions - I really was expecting more from Inventions. To be honest if I had paid the 50 euros for my meal I would have felt ripped off. The characters are again present, but the kids were far more rowdy than in Cafe Mickey. We had our chairs knocked by running kids on multiple occasions. All the polite kids sat and waited patiently for the characters to come round to them, whereas a large table with about 10 kids on it, literally mugged Mickey and pals. Food was also a bit of a let down, yes it is all you can eat but I didn't think it was particularly special.

6/10

we will definitely get the Half Board Premium vouchers again, we ate in the best restaurants in DLRP for much less than we would have otherwise had to pay, good deal!

Just returned last week from DLRP (my sister and I, aged 16 and 21) and we had the Half Board Plus vouchers. We think they turned out to be great value and very easy to use. We had never eaten in any of the Disney restaurants before so didn't know what to expect.
The first night we had booked Blue lagoon, when we got there however my sister couldn't find anything she liked to eat! (she's quite a plain eater...) I was a bit gutted because I could have happily eaten everything on the menu, but I wanted us both to enjoy the meal so we apologised to the staff and slipped out.
We headed over to Walts, pretty hungry by this time, but it was closed! So we ended up in Plaza Gardens for the buffet. I have to say it's really disappointing, the only meal we didn't enjoy on the trip. The food was bland and disappointing, though the dessert selection was OK. Wish I had planned a bit better, but never mind.
After that we were determined not to waste our remaining vouchers. So when we returned to the hotel (New York) we booked lunch at the Lucky Nugget and a meal at Cafe Mickey at the concierge desk.
The second night we ate at Annette's Diner in Disney Village - what a difference! We loved the atmosphere and the skating staff. We got enough food for four people rather than two, and the onion burger I had was amaaazing. I wolfed it down! Afterwards we were so full we could barely walk round the village shops!
On the third day we had lunch in the Lucky Nugget, this was a great experience. The buffet is more varied and fresh than at Plaza Gardens, but of course the best thing is the characters! We saw 5 different characters, plus the band played on stage most of the time as well. I would recommend to everyone to go to the Lucky Nugget on a DLRP trip as the food is really good for a buffet and you get loads of time with the characters.
On the last night we went to Cafe Mickey. This wasnt included in the voucher list, but the vouchers are each worth 26 euro and the set menu at cafe Mickey is 30 euro so this was fine. There was a huge queue outside the door; since we had booked, we were about to walk straight past it then realised there was a sign saying this queue was for those who HAD made reservations! We ended up waiting in this queue for about 20 minutes. I work in the restaurant industry and I was pretty annoyed at this, it's not a good system. They are obviously overbooking, and a lot of people were getting ratty about it.
Once we got in we forgot any annoyance - just look at all the characters! lol we saw 8 characters during this meal including our favourite Stitch who we hadnt managed to see during the rest of the trip. Again food portions were very generous, the creme brulee was out of this world. My pasta however was very boring, i wouldnt recommend it. One problem we had in Cafe Mickey was the waiters trying to chat us up. When I was at the toilet three of them approached my sister and invited us to go out with them in Paris that night. She was pretty freaked out, because although she looks much older she is only 16. When I returned I gave them a firm no, and to be fair they left us alone after that. If we had been in Ibiza or soemthing this would be par for the course, but I don't think it's very appropriate in Disneyland personally. Aside from this the service was very good. Cafe Mickey is another must - the character dining offers great value if you are using vouchers.
next time we would like to try Walt's, and we will definitely use the vouchers again. Absolute favourite is the Lucky Nugget!

We have been to DLP in the beginn of January. We ate twice at the Rainforest Café. Both times it was exelent, much better than the buffet at Plaza Gardens. There it was overcrowded and the food was average. I was very disapointed because I've seen better times for that restaurant. We had to small snacks, one at Starbucks and one at Victorias. The coffie, the hot chocolate and the cockies are much better at Victorias than at Starbucks, and Victorias is cheaper too. Starbucks at Disney is overpriced and dirty. They don't clean the tables and the floor was sticky. I won't go there again.

We have eaten at every restaurant in the parks except Hakuna Matata, Agrabah and Pizza Planet as despite 5 visits in the last 3yrs and all different times of year have never seemed to find them open.  Personally we feel the better restaurants are better value for money, seems can easily spend £25 on junk food and money disappears fast!  We particularly like Walts (though only managed to get in once) and the one by the Pirates Ride (am disgusted with myself that I can't remember what it is called) - the creme brulee was to die for!  Lucky Nugget always a favourite as Tink gets to see some (B-list)  characters so doesn't rush and picks what she wants to eat so less waste and lots of vegetables/fruit.  Loved Auberge de Cendrillon, had Tink's 3rd birthday in there.  In Disney Village love Rainforest Cafe (though wish the toilets were bigger and cleaner), we have had mixed experiences at Cafe Mickey's, once we had appalling service and disappointing food but other times has been great. Only had takeout from Annette's and was terribly disorganised and confusing as to where to queue for what, but after reading good reviews above will try it on our next trip.  Maybe because we have been to so many so often I think we have had a bad experience in more than one, I got undercooked chicken+prawn kebabs in Planet Hollywood, though they did sort it out fine.  My problem is that I always drink decaf and never drink carbonated drinks so struggle with drinks at a lot of the restaurants (tend to take my own teabags and get them to give me hot water!)

Cable Car Bake Shop: a must for a yummy snack of cookies/muffins and the like!

Rainforest Cafe: Totally loved it here. Great service and great food, just like rainforest cafe in america! the theming is really nice too :D

Fuente del oro: great veggie fajitas and churros, nice to sit outside in the sun.

Annettes: I was really looking forward to eating here, I love diners! but i thought it was a let down. The burgers weren't as great as they could've been... The service was good and fast tho.

starbucks: classic starbucks, same as everywhere, nice frappacinos.

the one tip I would give would be: go for dinner early..I think it tends to get busy around 8 pm, whereas we always went to eat between 6 and 7 and never had to wait long to be seated.

What's the Agrabah Cafe like? What hot items do they normally have, i'm aware of all the salads, cous cous and such but have no idea what hot items they have in their buffet. Hoping to book a table for dinner on our july trip

For the hot food, they have the couscous (you have various meats: chicken, sausages, kebab... and vegetables). The other dishes vary slightly, but usually you'll find a fish dish, moussaka, pasta, meatballs...

Hope you enjoy it, it's one of my favourite places to eat!!

We went in Feb this year on the "Eat for Free" offer staying at the Cheyenne. Sadly - as we were so cold and shattered we weren't that adventurous but and ate at the same place every day.

Breakfast at the Cheyenne was good - we went early and the only queue was for the juice dispenser.

Lunch - we ate at the Blockbuster Cafe both days - mainly as it wasn't busy and we couldn't bare the thought of burgers so the Croque Moissure (sorry - cannot spell it) meal; HUGE sandwich, bottle of pop, brioche shaped like Mickey and a packet of crisps looked great. Sandwich was amazingly good - so big my partner couldn't eat it all.  Neither of us could eat the crisps so took them with us. It was lovely having Jack Sparrow wandering around too.

Dinner - Cheyenne both nights - good buffet, lots of choice and everything was hot and there was minimal queuing. I imagine it helped that we ate early (as I said - shattered and wanted bed) so it wasn't too busy.

We plan to be more adventurous this time but I imagine we will greatly miss our "eat for free" vouchers.

We were very disappointed with the food on offer in the parks.  We decided to treat the children to a meal in Walts and the service was dreadful - I had the plate containing my starter whisked away mid mouthful as presumably we were taking too long to eat and they wanted to shut for the day.  The children were not supplied with cutlery to eat their desserts and no waiting staff available to ask.  Would definitely not recommend and suggest that people avoid like the plague.

Rainforest Cafe was reasonable as was the Blue Lagoon, otherwise eat in the hotels.

PIZZA PLANET- Don't Go! :( It will leave a bad taste in your mouth :!:
Just Came back from a Fantastic trip to DLRP. Nothing went wrong. I go there quiet a bit without children for work so was very up to scratch on how to make the trip work.
I had never been to Pizza Planet before though and never would again and, for that matter, would recommend no one goes.
It is an embarrassment to the "quality" of the Disneyland Parks. No matter what price bracket you spend your money I have previously found there is a quality about the place. Work has taken me to the Davy Crockett Ranch as well as the Castle Club at the Disneyland Hotel and all in between so I am not condemning Pizza Planet on the buffet style as though I were some snob.
The problem starts with your children. They have seen Toy Story and want the restaurant to be Pizza Planet. Instead it is a buffet in a bunker. The room has no natural light and the whole floor is on a slight drop slope.Everything you touch is sticky from the tables chairs to the floor. You can feel the stick under your shoes.

The price is 8.95Euro for kids and 17.95Euro for adults. Thats near 100 Euro for our group of 8. For that you get a main a dessert and a drink ( only fizzy drinks- no water or juices  :( )Hot machine drinks are extra and there is no alcohol.
Seating is find for yourself and the buffet is self service fro food and drinks.
The salad bar was a  choice of 8 salads of the likes of canned corn, canned beetroot but also some cous cous. There were 3 types of pizza and 2 types of pasta with 3 different sauces. Desserts were fruit salad, chocolate tart, apple tart and cheesecake actually all good.
Inevitably a child had split a sticky Fanta while walking from the drinks station to a table. With the slope on the floor the spill spread quickly down hill. The play area is a shoes off area but some children just run back to the table with no shoes straight through the spills. I stopped a table wiper and suggested it should be wiped off.
He offered me his cloth which I on principle refused. I took every napkin I could find and trace the river of Fanta with the napkins to excentuate the spill so no child would run through it and maybe someone would clear it eventually.
The playground area seemed fine though the prominently positioned Rex slide you would have seen in the pix has gone.

To the toilets- the toilet floor was covered with water/wee and 2 sinks were blocked. There is no attendant or any indicator of the toilets being checked.
In short my son of 4 kept comparing Pizza Planet the one in the movie and continued to tell me the differences. I could only say the one in the movie was in the USA and this was different because it was France. He said he did not want to go again.
It is unpleasant and you spend as little time as you can there which serves their purpose of getting people in and out as quick as possible. It feels like a feeding through for animals.

So sad to hear that Pizza Planet was such a horrible experience for you.

My top 3 restaurants is:

1. Blue Lagoon; Disneyland Park Adventureland. Expensive but great food, awesome deserts, in an unique atmosphere.
2. Annettes Diner; Diney Village. Great Burgers, love the outfits and theming. As it is always very busy in the evening I normally go for lunch.
3. Fuente del Oro; Disneyland Park Frontierland. Great food, good price awesome terras for people watching while eating!

How ever my last trip we had diner at Rainforrest Cafe (Disney Village) which was great was aswell!

I guess I have no specific Restaurant that support with only that I also want to know what other restaurant serves so i can compare it with others. I guess my basis of a great Restaurant is on how they cooked their foods and how they serve it so as on how the crew and the waiter serves the customer. There are many great restaurant there and many has their reputation to be taken care of and there are also those small time that although people haven't know them they serve great and good foods.

We went to Parkside Diner during our Halloween trip and didn't like it at all! There was lots of nice salad but not really much else. I had salad and chips and Dylan had pasta and chicken nuggets! I think for the price there are better places to go, but that is just my opinion and it may just have been a bad day to go!

We have eaten at Cafe Mickey twice and it was always very delicious. The pizzas are very good and you can't compare them to the fast food pizzas you get inside the parks, for example at Colonel Hati's Pizza Outpost.
At Cafe Mickey the pizzas are fresh and taste like real Italian pizzas. I can really recommend the pizzas.

I have posted some pictures about Cafe Mickey in the Disney Food thread in the trip reports section.

I enjoyed a visit at the Hakuna Matatas. The Hakuna Fries are soo delicious and the Coconut Rock Bun was also okay.
What I really liked was the music. They really kkept on playing songs from the Lion King movies and that is one of my favourite Disney movies so I really liked it!

We ate twice at Plaza Gardens but won't be doing it again.
First night the service was poor - woman completely messed up the payment process, even though we had half-board vouchers.
Food was reasonably good, though they try to encourage the English to use one side, where the food quality isn't so good.  Avoid that and go to the left for the better/fresher food.
Second night was better service and they even threw in 2 of the €3 straws for free.  I tried snails - NEVER AGAIN.....

We've decided that next time we won't bother with half-board.  We weren't particularly hungry so it was a bit of a waste of money when we could probably get pizza or McDonalds and take back to the hotel later on.

Cafe Mickey - This is deffo our favourite restaurant so far! excellent service and great interaction with characters even for 2 adults with no children! food was excellent , puddings were huge and pluto's steak was to die for. we had the set menu but felt it was great value for money and had alot of choice :)

rainforest Cafe - we ate here in 2010 and the food was lovely its a lovely place , i'd say more of a grown up oriented restaurant than some of the others :), great value set menu and exciting cocktails with complimentary flashing glasses to take home :) brilliant !

Planet Hollywood- we ate here on our first night as our treat night as it certainly wasnt a cheap place to eat , however worth the money food was delicious and so were the movie themed cocktails, i'd reccoment the bourne identity cocktail myself :) i had steak and my 2 friends had the ribs all 3 dishes were cooked perfectly! also they have in house photographers which took a lovely photo of us all which came framed and we bought for 10 euro's didnt think that was too much of an unreasonable price to be honest.

Hakuna matata - nice lunch food , however they have issues with little birds that seem to get in there and sit above you in the artificial trees , to be honest being poo'd on by a bird whilst trying to eat doesnt really help your appetite

Annettes Diner - Lunch was great here lovely milkshakes and burgers , however in the day the waitresses are not on rollerskates and it lacks atmosphere a little.

newport bay hotel buffet - The service is great here and the waiter even gave us masks and took photo's of our group , however food choice is very limited considering its a buffet and the majority was cold. were unfussy adults and we couldnt find much that we particularly liked other than cold prawns and the choice for children was even worse , so if your looking for a tasty varied buffet id try somewhere else to be honest :)

One tip i would have is if you have lunch at one of the counter service resaraunts the good thing is they give you vouchers for free drinks and snacks later in the day which saves looooooaddss of cash

We went on our 1st trip in March 2011 & ate in heaps of places, the majority had lovely food.

Annette's on our 1st night, food, service, atmosphere all fab & we got there just in time to be seated right away, 10mins later & the queue was out the door!

La Catina (sp?) - buffet in Santa Fe; was really nice, loads of food, very fresh & they didn't even charge for DD which wasn't expected but was an added bonus.

Plaza Gardens - disaster & disgusting, never again & very expensive (for what you got).

Cafe Mickey - again never, ever, ever again, even if it was for free. I gave full run down in my report but basically we were ignored & they had no time for our complaints at the end.

What kinds of food did you get at La Cantina???  We eat recently at the Chuck Waggon and all the food was smothered in grease and butter; so just wondering whether La Cantina was any better on this score?? Thanks

All the times ive been DLP, Ive never had table service. always had counter service. But next time when we go in March we have gone Half board Standard.....Been looking around for reviews. Seems Plaza Gardens, Restaurant Des Stars and Chuck wagon were getting great views!
I just dont have a clue about any of the resaurants! We want to make our first full day there FAB! we are starting off with a character Breakfast and Cafe Mickey's! So would love a great place for a late lunch. I have also seen that you can trade your half board vouchers in for the face value of whats on the back? Is this correct?
Ive always wanted to try out Walts, Which isnt on Standard HB

I love Plaza Gardens, do you know the film "Meet me in St. Louis" ? It could be a scene out of that. Restaurant of the Stars is also very good, It's our favourite restaurant in the Studios. If you're going for the all you can eat buffets, I can also recommend Cafe Agrabah restaurant in Adventureland. It's beautifully themed. I love their mint tea, otherwise I like to have a glass or two of wine with my meal. You can also book a table, we do at City Hall in the morning if we think it's going to be busy. Some people like to book their tables months in advance, we've never needed to do that. Also if you're eating in a restaurant try and have a leisurely meal, don't plan it so you have to be rushing out to catch the next parade or show. Service in restaurants can be slow. :-"

The meal we had at the Yacht club in Newport Bay Hotel was the best meal in Disneyland Paris. A wide variety of tasty treats and excellent service! And so many veggie options!!!!

Annette's Diner was great too, especially for a quick bite if you get takeaway and sit outside.
We used to love going to Cafe Mickey (back in the day) but we avoided it this trip because the food on the last trip was so awful.

My favourite restaurant has to be the Silver Spur Steakhouse, so much so that when I went over Christmas I booked to eat there two consecutive nights. The service is great, it's one of the few restaurants in the park that is table service, there is plenty of room so you don't feel that you are sitting on top of other people. Most importantly the food is of a really high standard. It may be more expensive than the buffet or counter service restaurants but I highly recommend eating at the Silver Spur, I only discovered how good it is over my last few visits, I wish I had known earlier.

The most disappointing meal I had recently was actually in Disney Village at Planet Hollywood, I always loved to eat there but in recent years it really seems to have deteriorated, not just in quality of food but also overall atmosphere and appearance. It seems to have lost it's spark, yet despite all of this it is still one of the more expensive restaurants to eat in, at least it was when I went there. I really hope they do something to get it back to it's previous standard.
Title: Billy Bob's, Welsh Market Stalls, Santa Fe Breakfast
Post by: samuelvictor on March 20, 2012, 03:21:20 AM
We've just come back from Disney, our second trip, after our first visit nearly a year before.

Last time we couldn't afford any food other than our included breakfast, (we brought lots of tesco value pot noodles and such!) but were looking forward this trip to having a small amount more spending money so wanted to at least try one restaurant.

Billy Bob's Night 1
We had decided to go to Disney this year during the St David's Day Welsh festival. This was motivated by the fact that our family is all at least part Welsh, and also because this seemed the only way we could afford to see fireworks in Disney (they didn't disappoint).

When researching what we were going to get extra/new because of the celebrations, we saw that for 2 nights Welsh bands were playing at Billy Bob's in Disney Village so we decided to eat there and check out the bands. A little searching and we found the example menus on this very website, and were pleased to see that it had actually one of the cheapest "set meal" menus at around EUR 12 for an adult to have a meal, drink and desert, at EUR 6 for kids to have the same. (significantly cheaper per head than Annettes for example). It turns out that we could actually afford for our whole family to have a set meal each two nights in a row so we could check out both the bands!

The first night we went at 8:30pm, ready for the band which started at 9:00. We didn't book a table, just walked straight in, it was busy but not cramped, a decent capacity building on three levels. My wife and I both had the "half chicken" option, which came with chips and barbeque sauce (we asked to have the sauce separately incase we didn't like it - my wife is not to keen on hot things.) The chicken was absolutely beautiful - moist, well cooked, and there was a heck of a lot of it! The chips were nice, and there was a decent amount, and personally I really liked the barbeque sauce, though my wife tried it, and preferred the chicken plain. Our children had kids meals, essentially chicken nuggets and chips. We all got a (small, but tasty) chocolate brownie for desert, and a drink.

We watched the first band (the Monophonics - a Stereophonics tribute, who did a really good job and played an hour's set) and ate our food, all agreeing that we liked the surroundings. It didn't feel cramped or rushed, and the theming of the bar/restaurant was really cool. The band put on a good show, and at the end of the night we really felt like we'd had excellent value for money.

Billy Bob's Night 2
The second night we were quite a lot later, because there were fireworks at 10pm, so we wanted to see these first. We then RAN to Billybobs as we didn't want to miss the band! The band that night was "Kane'd" who were absolutely excellent, and played all the way up to midnight, with a small interlude. They interacted really well with the crowd and played a mix of their own songs, and familiar classics. We absolutely loved them. They even played my request, and sent me a lovely message when I became a fan on facebook saying they remembered me!  :D/

This night I decided to try a different option and went for the Chilli Con Carne with Cheese sauce (again, asking for the sauce separately). The Chilli was absolutely delicious. The cheese sauce looked and tasted like melted McDonald's "plastic" cheese, which I actually really enjoyed but I imagine others might not have liked, so maybe asking for the sauce on the side is a wise move. My wife went for the chicken again, and though she enjoyed it again, she said it seemed a little drier and perhaps this was because we had gone later in the evening and it had been kept warm. Still, she had no complaints and still ate and enjoyed it all. We decided to pay a little extra (only a couple of euros per head) so the kids could have special cups with mocktails in so they would have a souvenir to remember the place, my daughter had a (washable/keepable) plastic cup with a light up Tinkerbell straw, and my son had a cool Disney style cocktail shaker.

Billy Bob's Overall notes
GOOD: The theming of the place is excellent, and theres plenty of space.
GOOD: Excellent live entertainment if you can catch a show. I'd recommend checking what's on and planning your visit.
GOOD: The "set meal" options for Billy Bobs are really good value, some of the best value in the parks/village.
GOOD: Both the chicken and the chilli options are very tasty, and good sized portions, but eat earlier in the night if you can.

NOTE: The buffet is significantly more expensive than the set meal if you don't have a voucher.
NOTE: You eat upstairs - I didn't see a lift, so bare this inmind if you have buggies/wheelchairs
NOTE: Buffet appears to be on the third floor - not sure how well you'd see/hear the bands from up there.
NOTE: Food is on (nice quality) cardboard plates and cutlery is plastic. Might bother you, didn't bother us at all!

Welsh Market Food Carts
I cannot stress how amazing the food was from the Welsh market. Obviously its only on for three days a year, but if you're there you MUST check it out. We had fresh Welshcakes (gorgeous) some amazing Indian food, samosas etc (great value deals on buying several, easily an entire meal for EUR 10!) and a cheese stall selling different types of cheeses which were absolutely divine. Seriously these are the best, highest quality and most unusual cheeses I've ever tried. We bought a tonne for ourselves, and loads for family & friends.

Everything at the Welsh market (well the food at least) was very reasonable, and amazing quality. The sellers were friendly and glad to tell you all about where the different foods come from and how and why they are made. Excellent stuff.

Santa Fe Breakfast
I posted this last year, but the breakfasts at Santa Fe are simple, but lovely. Four types of cereal, four types of fruit juice, fruit salad, cold meats, two cheeses (though these tasted bland after the amazing Welsh market ones!), croissants, pain au chocolat, bread rolls, toast (butter, nutella, jams, marmalade). Decent selection of coffees/teas/hot chocolate.

It's all basic stuff but its clean, fresh, and there's plenty of it. Turn up early to avoid the ques and stuff yourself full of as much as possible. Yes it'd be nice to have cooked breakfast items as well, but really there's a lot of choice here and considering that once you take the price of park tickets away, essentially your hotel room and breakfast are free, you couldn't ask for better value.

Overall
It was nice to be able to at least try some food at Disney this time. hopefully by our next trip we can afford to try a wider variety of restaurants (and my daughter would love eating with the princesses) but even with our desire to try new places (a six layer burger at Annettes is calling me!) we'd certainly eat at Billy Bob's again, especially if there is a show on!  =D>

Hi everyone, I'd like to know your opinions on a couple of things
Would you go to Cafe Mickey as a couple? Would it be uncomfortable because it's more for families? In which case would it be better going later in the evening? - what time does it close ?
Also if you book to the Blue Lagoon, can you usually request a table near the water or on the third level?
I am going in September, I can't really work out what sort of time the restaurants inside the park would be open in the evening. Can someone give me a rough estimate of time?
Many, many thanks  :D

We did Cowboy Cookout yesterday (12h April) and I was pretty disappointed for the dosh really.
The food was ropey, all stuffed on the trays (starters mains and ice cream desserts), Mickey wasnt in attendance, and the characters that were were very deglectful of the area where we were sat - Jessie refused to come over our side at all (whihc made my youngest son cry), though Woody and Tigger were great (after the table next to us complained to a member of staff)

Hi
We just got back from our latest trip and went to Earl of Sandwich one day as an alternative to the Marionette restaurant (all of the others were shut every day - don't know why?).  The Full Montague is fantastic, as are the meatball & Earl's Club sandwiches!  Also, lunch for 5 costs half of that in other restaurants  ;) .

Five stars from me...

Back from my first trip, so I have nothing to compare it with, other than that I eat out quite a lot at home.
We're a family of four.  All veggie, no meat, no fish; but we do eat eggs and dairy.
Two adults, two children aged 5 and 2.  5 year old will eat anything, 2 year old is very picky (but he's not really allowed to be).
We took the half board plus option.  I can't even remember why now, but we did.

We stayed in the Newport Bay Club and had breakfast there twice.
Usual buffet kind of breakfast.  Very nice really.  Good choice of cereals, croissants, pain au chocolat, rolls, cheese, meats, oilves (urgh!) yogurt, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice.  Crazy busy though, especially on Friday.

Cafe Mickey - Character Breakfast
Same breakfast as above, but with added hot things.  Not great for veggies, just scrambled eggs and potatoes.
But then, I don't think you go there primarily for the food.  Even I have to admit to jumping up and down and screaming "Goofy's here!!  GOOFY'S HERE!"  The kids just carried on eating coco pops.

Plaza Gardens - buffet
We ate here late on the first night. It was late, the kids were tired, and we just needed somewhere that was open, and we found this place.  A lucky find I think.  We didn't have reservations though, so we did have to wait about 30 mins for a table, and that was at about 9pm.
Just about OK for veggies.  We had dauphinoise potatoes, cheese tortelloni, green beans, and I think another kind of potato.  So yes - all carbs, very few vegetables.  I think there may have been some more vegetable dishes, but often they were mixed with bits of meat or fish or something.
They were very kind and gave my 2year old a free drink as well.
Reasonable selection of desserts, including crepes, and lighter choices like yogurts as well as chocolate tart.

Deli on Main Street - Counter service lunch
Fairly big queue, but that's probably because we eat at 'normal' meal times because of the kids.  If you ate outside of these times, I don't think it would be too bad.
Cheese tomato and rocket pizza bread thing - the kids shared this.  Very nice.
Roasted vegetable sandwich - very, very nice.  Would definitely have this again.
A coupleof cakes and a small fruit salad
But again, these were the only veggie choices,so not really much of a choice, more of a situation of ,grab whatever's there.  We went back later on another day, and they didn't have anything at all left that was vegetarian.

Agrabah Cafe - buffet
Can't thank the people on here enough for recommending this place.  Definitely our best meal.  We went at about 7:45 after watching the parade. Just before they stopped letting people in I think.
great choice of salads for starters - chick peas, lentils, tabbouleh and lots of other veggie stuff, all delicious, and not as heavy as the other buffets.
Mains were couscous, pasta dishes, etc. For meaty people,it looked like they had some tasty fish and chicken stuff in sauces.
The kids liked the desserts here the best.  Henry (2) liked the fact that there was a HUGE bowl of natural yogurt, and he added the squeezy pancake sauces to this.  It was still really sharp, but he loved it so much he ate three bowls of it, and probably would have eaten more.  His big sister found the enormous bowl of chocolate pudding more appealing, and managed two bowls of that.  I preferred the baklava.

Auberge de Cendrillon - Princess Lunch
Just me and Evie(5) went to this. Beautiful surroundings.  Amazing staff.  Great service, lovely to meet all the characters, and yes, lovely food.
However, I am going to have a bit of a moan, that as a teetotal vegetarian, I don't think we managed to get our full £75 worth of meal!! :)
Initially there was NO veggie option on the children's menu at all.  So they offered Evie pasta with tomato sauce.  Fine.  but she's eaten a mountain of that in the last few days.
For the children's meal, she got a little amuse bouche (same as the adults, a little cheesey pastry thing - very nice).
Starter - melon balls.  She decided she didn't like melon today (great) so I ate these, and gave her some of my starter, the bits she'd like (rocket, sundried tomato, pepper and artichoke hearts).
Main - pasta and tomato sauce
Dessert - they really pushed the boat out here.  A selection of four different puddings, all lovely, really well presented.

I ate:
A cocktail - fruit juice and crushed ice. Very nice.
Amuse bouche
Starter - only one veggie option.  Roasted veg with rocket and poached egg.  Beautiful poached egg (that I diligently gave to my daughter who didn't want it so I pinched it back again!!).  Vegetables were artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, peppers, aubergines and courgettes.  It was lovely, but I can't stand aubergines, but that's my fault, not theirs.
Main - only one veggie option.  Chanterelle mushroom tart with more rocket.  I don't really like rocket all that much, but I'm getting very used to it now!  if you're veggie, expect to eat a lot of it at DLP!  Very nice though.
I'm clumsy, and I was helping Evie sort out her autographs and colouring and spilled my drink over my half eaten meal.  A CM whipped it away and brought another one within about 2 minutes.  :D
My dessert was delicious too.
I have photos of this meal, and I'll post them soon.
It wa salso well worth it to see the princesses without any of the usual queueing or pushing and scrummaging that can go on.
The crockery is lovely too, all a bit different with the little mice and sewing motives on it.

New York Hotel - buffet
We had the evening buffet here.  Very similar to the plaza gardens, but with added extras.  Extra salads for starters.  I particularly liked the mozzarella and pesto.  The kids predictably liked the nachos with salsa and mozzarella.
Pasta and tomato sauce and mickey mouse potato shapes for the kids for mains with green beans and mixed veg.
I had the cheese tortelloni, dauphanoise potatoes, rice, veg etc for my main.  Hubby had the same - but with mickey mouse potatoes as well!!  :D
Again some nice desserts including chocolate pudding and apple crumble.

Rainforest Cafe - Table Service
We went here for lunch one day after getting absolutely drenched.
Fantastic setting.  Great service.  Good menu, and a few different veggie choices.  Big portions.
Children had a pizza to share (cheaper than two kids meals), but it wasn't a normal pizza, it was on rectangular ciabatta, and therefore a bit crustier than normal, and therefore not as suitable as it could have been.
I had the Natural Pasta which was delicious, and hubby had a burger, which he said was good.
I splashed out and bought the kids a 'rainforest ricky' drink at 7EUR each.  They drink like fish, love fruit juice.  Did they drink it?  No, of course they didn't. Grrrrr.

Bar in Disneyland Hotel
We just popped in here to see what it was like and have a drink.  Expensive is what it's like, but oh my word is it gorgeous!!!!!  Absolutely beautiful.  If you can, you should totally stay here.  definitely.  It's a million miles above and beyond the other hotels.  Just so gorgeous.  The waiter who served us was as usual so polite and lovely, but other CMs who passed us chatted to my little boy, picked his toy cat up, smiled at us.  IDK, it just had such a relaxing feel to it.  I could have stayed in that chair forever and never ever left.

Overall opinion was that the Agrabah was by far the best for veggies.
Service everywhere was good, although the restaurants were better than the counter service places.
CMs very helpful about what is vegetarian, although if it's a buffet, ask the chefs behind the counter, they seem to know better.  Here a bit of French helps, because I don't think they need to speak to customers a lot, so I don't imagine they have to speak English.  Certainly the chefs I spoke to at the Agrabah and the New York, we spoke in French.  But they may just have been humouring me, because my French is VERY bad, but just about good enough to understand vague food descriptions and tell them that we're all vegetarian and explain what we do and don't eat.
Menu's are VERY carb heavy, and you might have to hunt high and low to find a vegetable or a piece of fruit.
Children's menus by and large do not have a vegetarian option.  We have two young children, so we got around this by ordering one meal for them to share and that worked out OK.  If you have slightly older children...IDK, you might struggle.
Several restaurants do not have any veggie options listed at all.  Mainly the fast food places.

Another thing I found very difficult to deal with was the strange opening times.  Some restaurants were just closed.  Full stop.  Some closed some of the time.  But there was no information anywhere about opening times.  What would have been really useful to me would have been a little restaurant leaflet (like the park programme) that tells you what restaurants are going to be open that week and what times.  Would have saved a lot of pointless wandering around.

I also want to add, that I just re-read this post, and I don't want to come across as some health freak, tree hugging, veggie hippy!! :D   I'm absolutely not!
I'm a very overweight, pizza loving, cheese loving, tree hugging veggie hippy. ;)   I adore my pizza and pasta, but even I found that I was longing for a bit of broccoli after a while.

There's a new way to share your restaurant reviews!

This topic has been running on our Trip Reports board since 2006 but, with the opening of our new Dining & Restaurants (//http://www.magicforum.eu/viewforum.php?f=39) subforum, we now have an individual topic ready and waiting for each restaurant.

Therefore, we'd like to ask that from now on you post your restaurant reviews and dining experiences in the relevant topic for each location. That way, trip planners preparing their upcoming visits will be able to more easily find the past experiences of other forum members from specific restaurants.

Find a complete list of restaurants in our Disneyland Paris Restaurant Index (//http://www.magicforum.eu/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=13265)!

However, this topic will still be left unlocked for now. I've also added a link to it, as "previous Restaurant Reviews", from the top of our restaurant index topic.

gosh, Over the 4 days i've stayed, there's one thing i was really dissapointed on.
the service was really slow. Some staff members just pick up one thing at a time and then looking at the ticket for the next item.
Couldn't they just take the ticket with them to get it faster?
This slow service was in: Café Hyperion and Colonel hathi's Pizza outpost.

the Gellatto thingy at the it's a small world ( really good ice cream !) Was the worst.
Even though we had a new staff member, nobody helped him with our order and the line behind us was really long. One register was open.
- couldn't understand us either- no english at all.
Cafe hyperion, was ok but we noticed you are actually forced to use a menu.
Because if you want just chicken nuggets or salads. you easly pay 7 euro's for one item. 8 chicken nuggets are 7.20 €
A menu can be from 11 to 15 euro's.
Mostly, the fast food restaurants are mildy ok.
