I was doing some research on Google about the never build Mickey's Movieland at Disney-MGM Studios and stumbled on Chick Russell's online resume. He has worked quite a lot for the Mouse, but something suddenly jump to my attention.

Or maybe the effects along the canal of Moteurs Action?
I think it's more likely that he really did work on a WDS lake show for a while, since there's quite a few other Disney projects on there which never happened.
I wish we could find out what the show would have been like! The strange thing is, a lake show was never marked on any maps of either WDS or Disney MGM Europe, was it? :?
