No, these won't be the same one's.
The Disney Store merchandise is always exclusive to their stores.
The plush Cars in the Disney Store are about £12 or £14 and are quite big, they will be about 12" long I would say.
They've got quite a few different characters. Should be some on the website.

Just had a look. There is a picture of Tow Mater on the link under Soft Toys/Contemporary Characters, but they haven't got any listed in the store at the moment. But they are available, they had several different Cars characters when I was in the Disney Store at York just over a week ago. I think they had Lightning McQueen, Sally and Tow Mater at least, and I'm sure there are others.
