Yes, on the dutch DLP-site you can reserve online, go to https://www.disneylandparis.com/nl-nl/restaurants/ and look for the button "Reserveer een tafel". Have fun - and bon appétit!
It's also available from the Belgian site :)
Though I've had it dissapear from time to time, only to come back again the next day...
It should also be coming permanently to the DLP app at a later point this year (doesn't help you now but handy for future trips).
Yes the Belgian site seems to be the most reliable, I've used it several times.
One thing I've noticed about the online reservations, they allow you to book more than 60 days ahead - I was able to book for the runDisney weekend in September! Has it changed also for the reservations over the phone?

Apparently you can book online up to 90 days in advance

D'oh! That would make sense!
I am going in November and as far as I can see the dates for the reservations dont seem to be moving and are stuck at the end of september! Does anyone know if this is working properly?
Maybe the website is gonna get a new way to make reservations, because you are totally right about the dates.

Someone mentioned an app update further down so maybe it's that. How exciting! But glad it's not just me.
Apparently you can only book 60 days in advance. They opened October not long ago (I arrive on 31st) but nothing on November yet. Maybe in September :)
