Title: Plaza gardens breakfast from club room with AP?

We travel in April staying in Compass club rooms at Newport bay. If we wanted to change to a Plaza gardens character breakfast one day how go we arrange? I'd thete a tip up cost and could I use my infinity pass discount on the difference?
