Staying in a GF room in the Sequoa, only one window open and air con stuck on 28.5 degrees c. Apparently it can't be changed and it's better to be warm. Not bloody likely, I'm too hot and I can't sleep so after an a bit of an argument with mr maintanence man, they're switching the heating off completely. What is the point of individual air con controls if you can't control the temperature yourself, not to mention the energy they must be wasting. With the mone6 I'm paying for two rooms this is the only solution they can come up with - not happy.
We found the hotel too hot too! And only can open the window a crack we also stayed at GF 7th floor 15 min wait to use the lift wasn't fun and had no choice with a wheelchair and pram one out of three lifts out of order wouldn't stay at GF again even with the perks
