Hi, could someone tell me if City Hall still give out the 'first trip to Disney' Pins please?

Disneyland Paris doesn't do the "1st Visit" badges.
They only have "I'm celebrating" badges, which very often is out of stock.
You can always check at City Hall to see if they have them.
