Title: Broken necklace from DLP - how to get a replacement?

I've just opened a necklace I bought in DLP last week and found the chain is broken 😢 does anyone know how I can go about contacting DLP to get a replacement? Apologies if this has been asked before, I had a quick look back through previous posts but couldn't see anything. Thanks

If you go to https://my-disneyland.disneylandparis.co.uk/contact-us.html (https://my-disneyland.disneylandparis.co.uk/contact-us.html)
Scroll down to the after sales services, and apparently you can contact dlp.sav@disney.com
