What is her name? If the names don´t match you can´t use the airplane ticket.
You can change names for a fee. Id be inclined to go with a mate instead and only get one name changed. Likely to be 2 double beds anyway.
I'm sure you could still go! Must be someone you could go with? Hope you can either sell or go I d been lucky and when this happened to me found a friend to tag along and had s great time Disney cheers everyone up! It's the most magical season to go too :)

I was in the same situation years ago and my advice to you would be, if you feel like you can, go and do this, even if its on your own.
When it happened to me i cancelled and i regretted it so much later on. At the time i couldn't get past the heart ache and pain and i thought I couldn't go their with out her but in retrospect I wish i had gone, even if i cried alone in the line for small world on my own i still wish i had gone. If you cant then try and change the name of the person and take someone with you.
But do what ever makes you feel most comfortable and dont give up mate, i really feel for you
