Title: Turning into a disaster
Post by: Milobea on November 12, 2017, 09:25:26 PM
When the 25%  & free half board offer started I screen shot all the prices & made the big mistake of not booking. No rush I stupidly thought until I went to book last week. Anyway ended up booking Disneyland hotel from 20-12 & upgraded to full board for a extra £198, I've just tried booking a few restaurants at the top end of the scale. Booked chez remy so that's good, then inventions & auberge de cendrillion unfortunately inventions only available at 10pm not good for a 4yr old & auberge fully booked.
So has anybody any advice please, I've emailed customer relations but my guess is the premuim full board is useless
I don't think Walts looks suitable for a 4yr old

Many thanks

California Grill and Buffalo Bills are both included in the premium menu. They both have children's menus but obviously only you'd be able to decide how suitable they were.

Thanks for the reply. Yes we looked at buffalo bills but didn't think it looked suitable for a 4yr old.

We stayed at Cheyenne last year & now kind of wish we hadn't upgraded.

See what customer relations have to say tomorrow.

You know your childs tastes of course but nust incase you were nt sure...weve taken all of our children from the age of 1. They are now 4, and 6 and 8 and they all love it and have done when they were much younger. The show is typically really good fun.

2 days later no response from customer relations is this normal or is a phone call required.

Many thanks

I would phone them or try their help twitter account - emailing is very hit and miss as regards response time.

When i read the title post for a split second I had thought that someone had died or had a bad accident whilst at Disney.

There are some restaurants that I wanted to go but are booked up.

Such is life.

I was being serious.

Maybe the title of the thread should have been less dramatic then I wouldnt have thought someone had died/serious illness or had an accident at DLP.
