Ah, you were there the same time, for 3 nights too, but just 1 day earlier. So, did you spot Tony Baxter walking around the parks?

Yup we arived on the 28th. We didn't spot tony baxter, I didn't even knew he was there until we were home. I later found out he was giving the tour while we were at walts. If we only looked outside :( ;)
Ah, I'm sorry that you didn't. So, I spotted him twice in the parks on Wednesday, once on Thursday, and then I was actually on his Disneyland Park Tour on Friday. He was taller than I expected, and just... very approachable and generous with his time.

I saw a video of it on youtube and I have read your twitter moment of course. it looked awesome. Must be a dream come true for everyone who was there. How did you manage to get a spot ?
I think I was to busy with being in Disney and making sure we didn't mis anything, to notice him. But we had a awesome trip anyway. As you can read in my trip report ;)
