I have heard the supply is not enough to meet the demand. It might be they prefer to put the stock in the stores at the parks and not send out the book as of yet.
I had this email too I am heartbroken! It seems a fair few people have emailed about this book. Fingers crossed it comes back in stock! There are no books on DLP in general sale so I hope they do the right thing
Hey at least you got a reply...I emailed back in Feb and got rubbered when asking about art work delivery to the uk!

Still waiting for the reply to my question when the book will be available for purchase online.
Hmm.......much as I expected. I've emailed back for clarification as I've also heard that they're not posting to the UK due to the amount of damage claims. Have to say that when I ordered the 20th Anniversary book it was very poorly wrapped for a large heavy book (a plastic bubble wrap bag) and the corner and spine was so damaged I had to return it which they paid for.
Not holding my breath! :(

My copy arrived by courier yesterday (I am UK based)
Just as a timeline for reference I enquired on the 30th March and confirmed I would like to go ahead on the 31st.
I heard that the Disney store website would be selling it but couldn't see anything yet.
Based on the comments above I am glad I acted quickly as I won't be going to DLP this year.
The worst part is it's a Christmas pressie for me so it's going to be sat in my house in its cellophane for months :(
I'm going to DLP in November but didn't want to take the chance the book will be sold out by then, so I have my fingers crossed I'll still be able to buy online, either through DLPmail order or the Disney store.

I've been keeping an eye on the Disney Store, including the French site (although they have even less park merchandise than the UK).

I'm going to go out on a limb and ask if they know roughly when this might be but I think I already know what the reply will be. ;)
I have to say it's a very strange kind of service they offer at dlp mail order ranging from extremely helpful (as you would expect from Disney) to completely detached! :-\

By all accounts I hear it's a great book.
I know Steve from Dedicated to DLP did a video review. I haven't watched it yet as avoiding spoilers as it were, but it will give you a good insight into the book.
I sent them an email yesterday and they told me the book will be available in May. :'(

The cost of the book is 49.99 euros, plus delivery charge, I was charged 18.42 euro for delivery to Scotland.

Yes, that's the one. If it's available in the park, then they can send it to you via mail order. I got my book on Tuesday, by the way, and it's absolutely gorgeous and totally worth its money!

Went to buy a copy today and was told that AP or Shareholders Club discounts don't apply - because its not a Disney product.
I declined the purchase, but will try again another day.
I bought one in May. No discount either. The reason is that it is counted as a special/ limited edition therefore discounts do not apply. There are exceptions including some artwork too.
No discounts on LE pins either unfortunately :(
