wondering how bad the waiting line will be. when would you start queueing for Cheshire?

If people start queuing for Cheshire Cat from 8am - then i won't bother trying to meet him.

Cant be waiting 3.5 hours for a character or ride.

omg, that line is crazy! I also noticed that the program for this week states: "Cheshire Cat and Friends", so it's not even sure you get to meet Cheshire?  ::)

The 'and friends' is just to cover them in case Cheshire Cat hides in a tree somewhere, it's unlikely to be anyone else :)

Hahaha.  :)

Are there any updates on the waiting lines now that we're at day 10 of the meet & greet? Better, worse, the same?

I read on another forum that someone got in line on sunday morning at 11am and waited an hour to meet him.

Not bad at all. Considering how rare he is.

Met Cheshire this morning. Got in line at 10.45am. He came out at 11.15am. Met him at 11.35am.

50 minute wait for an ultra rare character: I cant complain at all.

Someone I know met him last week and was only in line for 35 mins.

SPOILER DONT READ BELOW IF YOU DONT WANT MAGIC SPOILED:

I was talking to a lady in her 40s and her parents whilst waiting for parade today. She said her two daughters are both performers at Disney.

She said one of her daughters was 'friends' with Cheshire cat this morning. We worked out the time and it was the time i met him! I told her to thank her daughter for such a great and meet with Cheshire.

:-)

That's a pretty decent waiting time indeed. We're probably not gonna make it to the park for Halloween, so hopefully Cheshire will be around the coming months or next year for the 25th anniversary too.

Fingers crossed you get to meet him.

Was talking to a lady in line today for another character and she said she got there in line before Cheshire Cats' line was due to shut but he went in then 2 mins later come back again and she only waited 20 minutes.

Cheshire doesnt have a photo pass photographer which speeds things up.
I waited one hour and 10 mins for Halloween Mickey and Minnie today. They had a photopass photographer with them. I think that slows the line down.

You just never know how long you will wait.

Indeed, the waiting time is doable for Cheshire Cat. I got in line last Saturday when he was already out (got there around 11:30?) and waited 45 minutes to see him. Received three bags of candy whilst waiting in line. ;)

They keep the line moving by allowing pictures only; NO autographs. So your time with Cheshire is short but very, very sweet. Heads up: there is no PhotoPass photographer, but the cast member will try his/her best with your mobile phone camera.
