I think the Easter eggs came over from Disneyland Tokyo where they were already all over the place when we visited in 2011

The Spring Festival looked amazing from Town Square up to Castle Theatre.
There were a lot of closed off areas (Big Thunder Mountain, Swiss Family Robinson Tree House, Peter Pan and Star Tours) but we didn't mind since this trip was specifically for the Spring Festival and it's shows.

The weather was ok. It was very cold for late April. But we were very lucky to be inside during the worst showers.

Chip, Dale, Donald, Daisy, Pluto, Goofy, Mickey and Minnie are left at the end of Main Street just before you enter the Central Plaza.
Woody and Jessie are at the square near the Lucky Nugget Saloon
Captain Hook and Mr Smee are in a boat on the water between Peter Pan and Au Chalet de la Marionette
The White Rabbit and the Cheshire Cat are near the Alice Character Spot
Stitch and Buzz Lightyear are near Autopia
Hahaha this is blowing my mind!! I must walk around with my eyes shut! :-[ thanks for pointing them all out ;D
