Title: Booking payment cards
Post by: 01wdw04 on November 09, 2015, 02:55:35 PM
Going to DLP in the new year, dad has offered to pay on his bank card for myself & gf, but won't be there in person. Do they need/ask for the payment card at check in at the Disney hotels? I know of other hotels around the world taking photocopies of payment cards as security.

Any advice much appreciated.

They don't need the one you pay with, just a card in case any extras are booked to the room. It can belong to either of you that are staying.

Yes precisely that. They may want a card as security for damage to the room or to cover extra charges, but it can be any card.
