It's coming soon!
So this actually happened, after 9 years I was heading back to the magical place we all know as Disneyland Paris!
Me and my sister left our house at 7:15 in the back of my Brother in Laws car to drive to London Victoria to catch our coach, we arrived at the station at 9pm, which was 45 minutes early, so we decided to go and have some chips in a little cafe there.

Whilst waiting for our chips we got some sweets, which were the usual sweets you'd get for 60p at your local newsagents, you can imagine my horror when a pack of Malteasers and Jelly Tots came to £3.00 :o
The coach eventually came at around 10:15pm and we were on our way to cross the channel.

I tried to get some sleep until the driver turned all the lights on for a cigarette break...
...
Poor me.
We were told that we'd be going on the Eurotunnel train rather than the ferry which was a relief!
I finally got some sleep.
Day 2 - chapter one - Waking up in Disneyland.
At 6:50am the lights came on and the driver turned on his microphone to wake us all up, the first thing I saw was the Disneyland welcome sign, I woke up as happy as anything!
Waking up in Disneyland is the most awesome thing! The driver came round and handed us all our own passes to get into the park, I got my jumpers and coat on and got ready to go into the magic!
We left the coach to spitting rain, a lot of wind and not a lot of heat as you can tell by my sisters hair!

Me and Abbie walked into the village to be told off by a French security guard who didn't know a word of English, as such we didn't know what he was saying and just left to try and get into the village a different way.
Turns out we'd skipped bag check by accident (whoops!)
Once we had our bags checked (they even made me put in my bum bag :p) we went to try and find an open shop to buy an autograph book and pen from.
Nothing was open so we queued for cafe Mickey in the non reservation line, Abbie wasn't feeling too well but got better quickly thankfully!

A woman came out and said there's only one queue today and could we go to the back of it, me and my sister were more than happy to do so.
We got to the front desk after 30 minutes waiting to be told they were fully booked, we knew that, but it was 8:15 and it was more than half empty! We said if there are no shows could we go in, to be told that they were fully booked and to stop causing an argument! A woman came in and cancelled her 9:30 reservation and offered it to us but we knew that'd eat into our valuable park time, the worker (I refuse to call her a cast member) looked at this woman and us and then said she'd have to see if there was space
If they knew there was no chance why make us wait! I haven't experienced anything like that ever from anyone, we weren't rude, we simply asked nicely to be shunned away like that, I'll be sending a complaint as this isn't acceptable in any way.
We ended up going to McDonald's for a small snack.

After eating that we went into the Disneyland Hotel to have a look, it's so beautiful, shame there's no longer the Descent as it would've been great to experience it just once!
However we did our own mini descent of the stairs as the other one went up the stairs, run to the bannister and made their way down the stairs dancing :p

Then it was time to go into the parks, how exciting!

Day two - chapter three - THANKYOU!
Once we were done in World Of Disney we queued to go into Disneyland Park, we got let in at 9:30am.
After taking in the sights (and a selfie) we tried to go to fantasyland to see if a certain pair of mice were out.
The cast member said we weren't allowed in Discoveryland or Fantasyland until 10am so couldn't go past, which is understandable, so we went and looked for other things to do.
What I found odd is how the characters were taken out of the hotels because non hotel guests were meeting them, yet the cast members let non hotel guests queue to meet them in EMH?
Chip, Dale, Pluto, Mickey, Minnie and Goofy were out, we decided to queue for Goofy (Which I later regretted)
After a 20 minute wait, it was time to meet our first character of the trip.
We got up and said hello, Goofy started signing the autograph by leaning on Abbie's head! He almost dropped my pen but caught it and wiped his head :D Abbie asked him where Max was, he started looking around, he was a fantastic character to meet.

We then went through to small world gates where there was no sign of Suzy and Perla :(
Abbie went to the toilet before we started queueing to meet Miss Bunny and Thumper.
After about 20 minutes we were getting nowhere so decided to come back later, after checking various lands for random characters we decided to go on the Storybook Boats which was only at a 5 minute wait!

I loved it, was so magical, especially liked the Beauty and the Beast part :D (which is my favourite film of all time!)

We looked through Adventureland.

Once leaving we had another search for random characters before heading to the Walt Disney Studios!
We took time to take a few photos!

We went over to production courtyard to a space for Stars 'N' Cars, we got a fantastic spot which we were happy about. The music started and I started dancing along like I do :p

The first car had Pluto and Minnie, following them were Goofy and MULAN! I actually screamed in happiness to Abbie when Mulan came out!
Remy and Emile were next and we thought it was a very short set until RAFIKI! And Eeyore were behind.
Then came the Stitch car followed by Woody and Jessie followed by Daisy in the last car, 4 cars and two of my sisters favourites Big Grin
Emile came over and started doing a cheering battle, the otherside won so he started with them
Eventually Mulan came over and we had a lovely chat with her, she was great!
We got an autograph and a photo before she moved on!

Next over was Pluto.

Not much to say about Pluto, but he was great!
The characters went in, Eeyore was upset whilst Emile was trying to run away with someone's crisps!
We were now ready for set 2!
Day two - chapter four - tides change.
So the first set was over, we got to meet Mulan and Pluto, which wasn't bad going, we moved into a new space for the second set.
We thought there would be a new set of characters, so when Pluto and Minnie reappeared we were happy we'd get another chance to meet Rafiki and Stitch.
The characters started spreading out and Rafiki walked straight past my sister and started with the person next to us, my sister was really upset and is no longer Mrs Baboon :p

This is where I started to get annoyed, a gobby mother saw the characters and immediately pushed her 4 year old boy through my legs and past the rope and was soon joined by various other of her children.
She then went on to push in front of a Spanish family and when the Spanish woman asked her to move (I'm assuming, I don't speak Spanish other than hello and dog :p) she turned round and said "Talk normally I don't speak whatever language that is."
There was space over the other side but she felt like she could push in front of people that had been there from half 11, one of the worst attitudes I've ever come across, people say the French are rude, I have never met someone as rude in my entire life, people like her give us brits a bad name.
Daisy came over and told the children to move, which they ignored to try and get a photograph, they kept going back and you could tell Daisy was getting annoyed.
Anyway she signed an autograph and we took a selfie with her.

The pusher lady asked if we wanted to take the photo but I just ignored her as she'd probably run off with my phone and pretend she doesn't speak English.
Next up was a very cuddly Remy who was happy when we told him he was our favourite chef, he gave us both a hug, signed our books then took a photograph with us.

Goofy skipped past us as Remy was about to leave, although we'd already met him so I wasn't too fussed.
My sister fell in love with Remy that moment, she hates Rats, but loves Remy, she is now Mrs Remy
The music then went off and the stars went in, that's when we saw Tigger had randomly joined the cast, Eeyore was upset and Abbie's new favourite and old favourite joined forces!

We were buzzing for set three, thankfully the pains left, if I saw them again I'd have to have a go at them.
The final set came out and again it was the same, we'd moved places to try and meet a certain alien.
The characters came out to the music which I was embracing and oddly dancing along to, Tigger came around and was dancing, we were both dancing together and it was a priceless moment, both of us can't dance to save our lives, but hey, it's Disneyland!
Tigger high fived me and started the session with me and Abbie, at that moment a gust of wind happened and Abbie regretted leaving her hair down, look at this beautiful photo.

Next over was Mulan, hey we'd already met her, but we didn't mind! She came over and said "Oh my gosh, it's my favourite warriors again!" We will accept those titles.
We asked for another autograph so our books looked more full, so she gave us an extra special autograph!

The cast members on stars n cars were standing by the stage dancing and singing, which added to the atmosphere.
Finally Remy came over again, hey if you can't hug Stitch, why not Remy!

The set was over and Stitch was so close however as he was leaving he saw my sisters jumper and loved it!

Now over to the other park to find those bunnies!
Chapter whatevenumberitisbecauseitsbeenthatlong - Hop, Hop, Hopping all day.
Me and Abbie made our way back into Disneyland Park straight away, we really enjoyed Stars n Cars, I know there's quite a bit of criticism when it comes to the new format and we totally understand them, but we didn't mind it that much and really enjoyed the interaction we had with the characters there! If we had of waited there to meet 4 characters in two hours that didn't interact with us, I probably would've been quite annoyed, but we had some excellent character interaction.
We entered the park (I had a faulty pass so had to get it verified every time I changed parks )
As we entered we saw Minnie's Spring Train coming down Main Street, we had seen videos of it and we knew it was nice enough but not something worth choosing over other things.

As soon as I heard the music and saw the train I was amazed, the atmosphere was amazing and I am so relieved we saw it as it changed my opinion, those 3 minutes were actually magical!

Now to queue for our bunnies, we got there 15 minutes before they came out.
40 minutes later and we were next, we were excited that in just 2 minutes we'd meet our favourites! Well we thought so anyway...
Day two - chapter 6 - cuddly bunnies.
So the lovely French family in front of me decided to spend 7 minutes (genuinely not even exaggerating!) having photos in different poses, different combinations of themselves and everything in between, I know they must be happy meeting the bunnies, but it was a bit odd taking 7 minutes taking photos, the Photopass photographer was getting bored and you could tell!
Finally they moved on and it was our turn!
My sister went straight for Miss Bunny, so I went to Thumper and couldn't help but give him a huge hug!

They signed our books and interacted with us for about 2 minutes before we posed for a bunny photo!

The queue is a very long one, but was absolutely worth it, we got some excellent interaction and some great memories, one I'd recommend to you Christmas visitors!
We then headed over to the studios to get a few rides and photos, we sat by Mike, the CDO workers, stood on the door and then went on the Cars ride which was only a 10 minute queue, we loved the ride, we didn't plan to go on many, we outdid ourselves!

Day two - Chapter 7
We went into the park around 5pm, we got a space for the parade near the castle with the aim of heading to Small World whilst the parade is down Main Street.
We couldn't find a front row spot, but we found a pleasant enough spot.
Abbie was a bit shocked that we were standing still as we'd been moving all day!

We had a quick ride on Small World and the tea cups before saying goodbye to the park for now.

I had a reservation for Cafe Mickey and I wanted to spend my life savings in the shops again!
Day two - chapter 8 - FOOD.
I was hungry. That's not a good sign.
We stopped off in Earl Of Sandwich for a quick snack.
I loved the little buzzer machines!
We went around the shops and I got lots of Tsum Tsums, of course
I got Lotso, Jaq, Gus and Patch!
I was looking around for a Goofy mug as every time I've gone I have got a Goofy Mug.
I couldn't find one with just Goofy so settled for a DLP one with lots of characters on it, which I still haven't used once as a mug!
I then decided to reveal all to Abbie, Cafe Mickey was her birthday treat and we didn't tell her! (Dunno how I didn't spill!) I told her she was going to McDonald's for dinner.
We recorded a video outside world of Disney saying "Thanks mum for this trip, now we have to go for our dinner at McDonalds!" Except I said Cafe Mickey!
We got a great reaction from her! We then went for our meal!
Day two - chapter 9 - Lads on tour
We go to Cafe Mickey and sit in our seats and get ready for our characters, we see Goofy, Mickey and Eeyore out and about.
Goofy (again!) comes round before food!

We both had Chicken Caesar Salads (without 90% of the stuff as were fussy!!)
Then the sets switched over and a certain doggy appeared, we met him earlier that day but we're certainly not complaining!

We then surprised my sister again! Mum had ordered a cake for her, Pluto and Tigger came over for dance and Abbie was so embarrassed, brilliant!
The food wasn't for me here but the character interaction was fantastic, well worth the money!
We said goodbye to Cafe Mickey and got on our coach to leave :'(
Day three - chapter one - Mulan, my reflection is here!
We wake up about 10 minutes before arriving back at Victoria, we were told we wouldn't arrive back in London until 9am so you could imagine our shock when we get in at 4:20am.
It meant I'd have an hour and ten minutes until the tube station even opened and with no tubes until 5:50am!
I caught up on what Tsums they'd released in the UK and getting excited when I saw the Pinocchio, Cinderella and Dalmatian sets!
We finally got back to our sunny Essex home at around half past 7!
This had been my first trip since 2006 and I was nervous about it in case I didn't enjoy it as much, however I had so much fun, I packed so much into one day and got to meet some amazing characters!
Thanks so much to everyone on this amazing website! My trip wouldn't be as exciting without all your amazing help, tips, tricks, trip reports and amazingness!
I was wondering when I would return on the way home, I was looking at October 2nd, however things change.
I was back in the magic August 7th!

I'll be there 12-16th October so hopefully 5 days worth of Stitch! I'll be pretty noticeable since I have a Stitch lanyard for my pins with a scrump bow attached. I'll keep an eye out for you if your around on those dates.

That scrump bow idea seems so sweet! I will definitely look out for you, I'll be there from the 13th to the 17th, so all but one of your dates :) If you need to use me for a castle photo or anything let me know :)

Waking up in Disney is the most magical thing you will ever do, I am the worst person in the mornings since records begun, but even then I was happy!
Characters were fantastic, not as good as my August trip, but still great! The "cast member" needs to get a job in a school canteen or something, or at least learn to control her manners!
I don't mind VCS myself, but yeah its not really Disney! But now I know that any time I go there I am on my way to Disney so I'm not fussed!
