Hello,
While I was looking for Jobs in DLP, i found "Archery host / hostess".
What is this like? I am German, so my translation has to do something with arrow and arch, but that wouldnt make much sense concerning DLP... or maybe for Merida (christmas)?
Plus, i found "night manager"...
what is this like?
Aaaand i found also "Upholsterer and Draperer"

Archery Host / Hostess
To me this sounds like they are looking for someone for an attraction or meet and greet area. Usually the word host in the service industry (which DLP would be classed as) means a greeter. Like when you go to a restaurant and a staff member greets you at the door, hands you a menu and brings you to your table.. As it specified archery in the job title I would expect they are looking for someone who has previous archery training.
Night Manager
Now this is most likely for one of the hotels. A night manager is someone who is in charge of the night shift. This means they are the ones who are responsible for looking after the hotel during the night, in charge of the reception desk, security etc. You would need hotel management qualifications and experience in other hotels or restaurants as a manager for this job.
Upholsterer and Draperer
This is most likely a craft person. They would have something to do with making furniture and sewing. Most likely this job would not be at the park but in some off site workshop. You would need proper trade qualifications and experience in the upholstery industry for this job.
For all 3 of these jobs I would expect that fluent French or a native French speaker would be a minimum requirement to get an interview.

No, not really, I've just worked many years in hotels and restaurants and I have also been to Disney Parks many times

This again sounds like a person who would be at an attraction. They would most likely be greeting visitors at an attraction, managing the queue, helping people on and off etc etc. Again , you would have to be either a native French speaker or a fluent French speaker for this job
They obviously don't ask for native French speakers because many, many, many, many, many, many CMs in all types of jobs are not native French speakers. They do speak French, to some degree (be it fluent or just conversational), but they are not natives.
I don't know in other countries, but when I've talked to people who have been hired by DLP in Spain, they always said knowing French, even if it wasn't completely fluent, helped, but they'd rather you spoke English fluently. After all, you'll be in France, working in a French environment, so they thought your French would get better once you moved to France. Of course, if your French is terrible, they probably won't have you working at, let's say, the ticket counter or City Hall's desk.
