Title: First time on Eurostar from Ashford in 4 days time

Hi, we are going to Disneyland Via Eurostar for the first time on March 4th-7th.

I've had our tickets sent through the post, ive printed out the confirmation letter disney sent through. (of course we are taking travel insurance details and passports)

Will we be able to collect park tickets from the desk? i'm slightly worrying about this as i havent had any information about it.

Is there anything else we need to know as we've never done it this way?

Have you booked Disney Express? If you have you will be able to collect your tickets either on the train or at the Disney Express desk at Marne Le Vallee.  If not you'll have to collect your tickets from your hotel.

i'm really not sure i'll give them a call tomorrow. Many thanks!

eta: just checked paperwork and all it says is "if you have the disney express service you can collect your tickets from xxx"
