Hi helpers

Does anybody know what time the Annual Passport office opens in a morning? (I.e. the one inside DLP, near Buzz). We're going very soon so would love to know before we leave!

Once we have paid for the APs at the ticket desk (which opens at 8am), I want to know if we'll be able to go straight through to the main AP office before main park opening.
