i made my first online booking on the 6th (first time booking by myself too!) but when i have gone to the my disneyland section and put in the booking code and the name of a participant its saying they don't match..... any ideas on why i could be getting that message, its no huge worry that i cant get it up on the website as i have pretty every confirmation i have received from disney regarding my booking printed off and safely filed away (i printed the confirmation screen after booking, the confirmation email and the confirmation letter that they tell you to print) its just curiosity that has me asking more than anything else

I have booked online 4 times now and every time there has been some 'Error' message when I try to view the booking in My Disneyland! I do the same as you - printscreen and print the booking page, then print all the confirmation emails,, and seeing as all my bookings have been okay I just ignore My Disneyland now :P I don't know why it does it but hopefully that reassures you a bit :D
Give it a few days Swipes, this happens to me every time as I always book online. I don't know if it is my persistence or just the time lapse but eventually after about 20 attempts the booking number was finally accepted on 'My Disneyland' which put my mind at rest !
thanks guys :) it was more curisoity that had me wanting to view it on my disneyland anyway so i wasnt too worried besides as said i have about 4 different confirmations of my booking anyway so if thats not enough i dont know what is :)
Yes definately give it a few days. Mine took a few days to appear each time I booked, andf also if you make any amendments, the booking goes missing for a few days and then reappears with the new details!
Mine wouldn't work the other evening, I kept getting the error message and a picture of Dumbo inviting me to attend the 15th Anniversary celebrations!
I have given up on My Disneyland because it always comes up as Error and gives me a trip back in 2008 as my most recent booking. I find the whole official website very frustrating at times, sessions are always timing out and errors always occurring!
