It use to be home to Cirque du Soleil, then after that there was another show, i hink it was kinda a cheaper variation of Cirque du Soleil, don't remember it very well. It's empty nowadays. Personally one of my bigger problems with the dome is that it just looks cheap, maybe in the future they could build a much more permanent and nicer-looking event arena. :D Maybe something that'll fit with the hotels or a possible future hotel on the grounds next to it.

It wasn't Cirque du Soleil. It was called Crescend O.

I think that they sometimes (very rarely) use it these days for music events such as choirs and such.
davewasbaloo should be able to fill you in on Crescend o ;)

i didn't see Crescendo, but I think it was an aqua show and the dome was built for it.

After Crescend O it was used by Lord of the Dance for two Christmas Seasons, after that it remained empty and is only being used for conventions etc.
