Part of the Disney New Generation Festival (//http://www.photosmagiques.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7601) from 2nd April 2010

Replacing It's Party Time... with Mickey and Friends (//http://www.photosmagiques.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=6098) on the 360-degree Central Plaza Stage, this new show incorporates all the New Generation characters along with old favourites for a fun musical revue.

QuoteDisney showtime spectacular

It's Showtime! It's time to shine. It's time to gather in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle on Central Plaza stage for an explosion of music from maestro Mickey. Together with an all-new A-list of guest stars it promises to be an all-singing, all-dancing all-new showstopper finale!
QuoteAt day's end in Disneyland Park, look for a grand moment where Mickey and his best friends give a tribute to their famous new friends in the "Disney showtime spectacular" on the 360-degree Central Plaza Stage, in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. The splashy, 15-minute show is the first that features all the new generation characters together along with longtime favorite Disney Characters, led by maestro Mickey. The super tribute to the stars brings guests into the new world of friendship.

wow, that all sounds fantastic - I'm quite impressed. Although who is Angel?
Nice to see more of the Incredibles. Do we know anything else about this show?

Angel is from lilo and stitch and is one of the experiments, you have probably seen her plushie in the parks, she is a pinky version of stitch but with antennae

Oh - i had no idea. I take it shes from one of the many sequels?

Is is just me who hadnt a clue who is she is? Is she generally quite a recognisable character in the parks?

i think she is experiment 624 from leroy and stitch - not 100% sure, i think she is popular purely as she is a girly stitch

Dont worry Columbiad, you're not alone. There is also an orange character, and red character from the Stitch PLC.

Its getting a bit out of hand now.

I like the line up for that show though!

Angel is a character that's currently only out at the Tokyo Disney Resort.

Well I suppose that its a good thing we are getting a new character but does Disney really need a female Stitch?

Quote from: "Willow"does Disney really need a female Stitch?

In my opinion: No.

I generally dislike it how Disney tends to bring in an opposite sex character to compliment another. To me, Stitch will allways be a boys character, and to toss in a girl version, especially one that isn't very recognisable, messes things up....

Think of all the better 'new generation' characters we could be having!

Speaking of which, it'd be nice to see the new Wall•E robot take part in the show... We can all dream...

I have never heared of this character, but I have to admit that I've only seen Lilo and Stitch, but not the sequels or the TV series.

Like Columbiad already said, thare are better characters for the "new generation". A Wall-E roboter would be great.

We love Angel, so glad to see DLP finally getting a new character or two.

Wonder if Angel and Boo will also be doing meet and greets? Anyone know?

Poor old Wall-E, everyone forgets about him. Which is a shame because it is one of the best D/P films to date, along with Toy Story, Nemo and Monsters Inc. I love The Incredibles too, just a shame it wasn't such a big hit.

They definitely need something to do with Wall-E. They dont even have much Wall-E merchandise anymore.

Do we even still need Stitch? Why oh why not Bolt or Dug...

Anyone know how it works with characters, do Euro Disney SCA have to pay royalties on a per-film basis? I can't think of any other reason why they'd choose this bizarre concoction over a character that people would actually recognise. Makes me think it might be a case that they don't want to be paying for too many expensive Pixar properties.

You just know that the majority of comments from the audience will centre around "what's that pink thing?!" come April, ignoring the show itself.

I'm always surprised to see all the Angel merchandise they have in the parks.

She's a minor character in a TV show. How many episodes has she been in?? And yet you never see any Jumba or Pleakley merchandise...

I would have loved to have WALL-E instead... OK, maybe not dancing on the stage    but having him around would have been brilliant...

I didn't even know that this character existed, because I've never seen the Stitch TV series.

I'm also a little bit annoyed by Stitch, because he his nearly everywhere at DLRP. Disney is using this character too much.

As much as I LOVE stitch (he is my favourite character), he has been used a bit too much!! And I agree with everyone else, I would love to see WALL E in the parks, either animatronic or a full size statue!

Oh my god Columbiad, you call yourself a Disney fan and didnt know who Angel was??

Really, she must have the best PR people around, because she's as minor as you can get. I watch the TV show every now and then (I like watching cartoons in the weekends, with my coffee... nice way to start the day), but I wouldn't even remember her if it wasn't for the merchandise in the parks. And I'm sure than a very high percentage of guests in the parks don't know her at all (even real Disney fans like you, Columbiad   )

Her only achievement was getting Stitch to fall in love with her (and that was her power   ) With all the great characters that Disney (and Pixar) have come up with over the years, it's a shame that so much is going into a character like Angel.

They should replace her with Louis, from Princess and the Frog. We're getting Tiana and Naveen, why not Louis the alligator?

Ok I am totally standing up for stitch here! Leave him alone! The reason he has been used so much is because he is a popular character and even though im not found of the other "experiements" i welcome angel any day over the repetitive Gephetto and mr Smee, I am sooooooo sick of those two, who by the way look like brothers!! lol. Then there's the ugly sheriff of nottingham and friair tuck from robin hood!! Not to mention that bear from the country bears which no one knows! At least stitch is a known and a main one in his story (ok angel may not be but I am sticking up for stitch here)....unlike the ones I have mentioned who have been in the parks for years and are well past their sell by date! It's not his fault that DLP use him a lot and sometimes stupidly like that dancetime show which was ridiculous lol! There is a realy bad turnover of characters in DLP!

But I have to say a massive yay for BOO !

I love Friar Tuck :( He's my favourite character to see in the park!

I don't have a problem seeing Stitch in the park, I quite like him and know he's very popular with others too. I just find it weird that characters from direct-to-DVD sequels and TV series are now being included in the parks?

I'm sure there are plenty of girls who like Stitch for who he is, they don't need a pink version to grab their attention. It's also kind of insulting to assume that the majority of girls won't be interested in a character unless it's inherently female, i.e. pink, with big eyelashes!

wow seriously? well i am glad friar tuck has a fan hehe bless ya! :D  :D  :D  :D I would have prefered maid marion or little john myself lol.

I know what you are saying about Angel, I always thought it was really weird that they had her plush in the park when there was nothing else of her anywhere. I don't disapprove of her coming though, it may take the non genuine stitch fans away from him and away to her so I can get him to myself hehehe  :P  :P  :P  They actually have the red stitch - Leroy plush in DLP too!

I would luv Bolt and Mittens characters to come back (they attended the premiere in DLP). I am happy with Boo though and was glad they got Mushu and Mulan last year.  They have a lot of characters they rarely use in DLP like the hunchback of notre dame characters, pocahontas, the mad hatter, alice ( i know she is used a bit but not enough)....

Totally agree with you, I'd love to see some of the rarer characters out and about, I've never seen anyone from Hunchback or Pocahontas so that would be great! My ultimate rare character to see would be the Walrus from Alice in Wonderland, that would make my day!

hehe with the little oysters running along beside him ;)  # "the time has come, the walrus said to talk of many things, of shoes and ships and ceiling wax, cabbages and kings, and why the sea is boiling hot and weather pigs have wings" hehe!

ive never seen those characters hunchback/pocahontas either but they are seen on rare occasions, esmeralda and clopin seem to be used at halloween for some weird reason. I have actually never seen alice in real life either! They have meg from hercules but again she seems to only be out the odd halloween !

I love Stitch, I think he's a great character, when the movie first came out I even bought a big plush Stitch (I don't have many plushies... but I had to have Stitch, he was so cuddly....), and I'm delighted to see him around the parks. Maybe they use him a bit too much sometimes, but overall I have no issues with him... He's definitely new generation material.

But Angel and Leroy (and any of the other 625 experiments, for that matter) are not great, wonderful characters. I think that with so many great characters Disney has to choose from, it's a shame so much effort and attention goes to minor characters like that.

I, for sure, have an Angel-lover at home. My daughter senn her on TV once and she`d be over the moon if she appears in DLP. Hopefully (for her) around mid april. Thats when we`ll be there.

As for Stitch, she fell for him too, and she felt in heaven. We saw him a lot last time. Even thou I think he is used a lot. I would like them to keep him at least in the Studios.

But I agree that theres a lot more characters that would liked to be seen. Those mentioned in threads before.

I'm suspicious when people say 'all-new'. I remember a circus visiting my school one year... then the next year it was all-new. It was the same! :P

So are we expecting an entirely new soundtrack from the guys that brought us It's Party Time... with Mickey and Friends? It really was of exceptional quality

Yes we get a 70% new soundtrack!!

Get ready for this show its a non-stop, very fast, very fun spectacular! Soft Openings from around the 23rd March!

So that probably means we keep the orchestral Mickey's Magical Party Time theme at the start and end... with new material in the middle? Is it all that fun, upbeat professional style as before? Amazing if so :)

No all the music from Mickey's Magical Party has been "thrown away" - its not been used at all in this show.

The only music that is not new is: the incredibles theme and "you make me wanna shout" - which was used in the stitch show.

and this show is 10,000000 times better than Mickey's Magical party....

Any word on whether they're going to have just the one showing at the end of the day still, or whether it is now at mutiple times a day? I think it's the latter itsn't it?

yea, 4-5 times a day now!

There is so much I wanna tell you, but I can't at the moment! grrrr

Well I will say that the show opens with a new song "We're the best of friends".... and closes with "Goin down the Bayou" from Tiana's showboat Jamboree!   With the dancers "backing up" the characters changing their costumes and props for each different act! Much different to the dancers being the "stars of the show" like in Mickey's Magical Party!

I spend a lot of time in all the Disney Parks, and can honestly say the variety of characters at DLP far surpasses that of the US - especially CA!! Hell, CA doesn't even have a regular day parade!

As for the person who said they never see Alice and the Hatter out, they've been out every time I go there (not always Alice, but certainly Hatter)!
DLP rocks for characters. Most of the characters for my website come from DLP!
As for the Hunchback characters. They were out at Halloween, and again last week for Valentines. I have pictures to prove it.
Incidentally, Jaq and Gus, and Bernard and Bianca were out that same weekend. So who says there are no rare characters?...
Title: Re: Disney Showtime Spectacular (NGF)
Post by: peterpanfan1953 on February 25, 2010, 09:13:45 PM
As Dan said the character variety at DLP is MUCH better than any of the US parks... there are many characters you see regularly that are either never seen (Robin Hood Characters as an example) or are only seen during special (pay extra) events (Most of the princes, most of the villians, etc).  More and new characters are always nice but DLP already has a very nice variety of characters.  Some of the ones mentioned, DLP doesn't actually have... for example the Bolt characters were flown over just for the event so they aren't something that they have hidden in the back that they just don't use.  I have no clue how many different characters WDW has that they refuse to ever put out but I feel like if DLP has a character there is at least some chance they will be seen at least occasionally.

As far as the new show... glad to hear it will have some new characters and some of the other aspects sound promising... I just hope it has more of a "story" to it... most of the shows for Mickey's Magical Party were just fluff song and dance with no real story behind them... they were enjoyable to watch (and the cast members showed a lot of energy and did a great job) but I feel some semblance of a story adds a LOT to a show and that was definitely lacking.

It's certainly in line with the story of the show - yes. I mean certain characters paired with other characters just the same as the actual performance.

The concept art looks quite tired and formulaic  - but this isn't some It's Party Time rehash! It's epic , very current and has the much-needed Disney wow factor...

Yeah they had a special preview event for tourist agencies didn't they. I think the time has passed now for that, but a series of events in the week running up to the official opening might leak a few details out.

There's isn't a NGF theme unlike MMP and the 15th. Everything stands well in its own right :)

There's no such event (or at least not in that form) this year.  I've even been told there won't be any performances during the press event next week.

I'll repost this here because it shows some of the new costumes for the show:

The green one with the cap looks a bit suspect, what's that tied into?

Well the soft-opening of Showtime Spectacular today. Will be good to see what they've done with it and what that strange looking lift towards the castle end of the stage is really for...

Loving the pictures, though I must admit the Incredibles costume concepts looked better on paper. Mickey's looks so funny :P

Looks like a great, fresh and colourful show. The props are lovely and so is that music. So catchy damn it! The instruments from the finale... are they from the 15th anniversary show? Which were also used in En Scene... Sil Vous Plait?

Angel looks like a much 'firmer' character than Stitch. Well toned and not as creasy  :-"

At the front of the stage there seems to be a flap or something that's sticking up. Any idea what this actually is? Some new lighting for the later shows?

Can't wait to see this in october!!!! The show looks ten times better than its party time with mickey and friends, and it has stitch (my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE character) involved, which makes it better in my books!!!!!

Anyway if anyone can share some videos, i think we would all like to see them!!!!!!!!

I think it's interesting how this show (rather than the festival as a complete whole, perhaps) really looks at plussing current experiences. Ok, so they created a totally new show here but it could've easily been quite similar. They chose to bring us new characters, even emulate the more modern music coming out of California and Tokyo these days to give us a new experience. (Only a fraction of it is re-used stuff. It's hard to believe that this suff is actually by our Paris gang.) Those set pieces and quick costume changes are all back again to wow a new generation. It's almost as if the resort skipped an entertainment generation in the making of this grand outdoor show... which has always been the centre-piece for the other resorts worldwide.

I think this is something we can be really proud of - maybe not those dancer outfits though. What's DLP's obsession with that kinda thing?

It just goes to show that hyping something up to be something it isn't actually doesnt work. Having a product that people appreciate, letting word of mouth get round and simply providing a teaser campaign should work a lot better with the quality ratings. I sure hope it's a successful formula. It might mean we get more of this kind of thing more often :)

This looks tons better than It's Party Time... I look forward to seeing some video of it and if that confirms what the pictures show it will be something I really look forward to seeing in May... and unlike It's Party Time something that I will want to see more than a couple times.  Very glad they have added some new (and brought back some older) characters!

It does feel strange ahving some of these characters in Disneyland Park itself. Unlike the other resorts, Paris had tried to keep the newer Pixar characters in the Walt Disney Studios park. I'm not sure how I feel about that. I kind of liked having a different range of characters in either... but for the purpose of this festival it's nice to see them all together in the same place

I was going to comment they were nice! They look like they've actually been designed rather than pulled off the racks of H&M in 2 minutes like last year's camp orange numbers.

Oh no - not those ones. I totally adored the striped waistcoats :) I meant the outfits that look suspicously similar to last year. The tracksuit-looking ones that they use for most of the show (and un-zip for The Incredibles etc)

Great to see Angel is now at DLP. :)

I do have vague memories of the show, ironically enough, her episode was in fact the first I every saw of the Lilo and Stitch show.

I have to admit that DSS is much better from that other show we had last year.

Wow - what a fantastic show! Amazing to see so many characters on stage! :D

Quote from: "Anthony"What a step up! You know, I think this stage might finally be justified.

I'm not so sure. They made it with the idea of the show being seen from anywhere around it, (like 360 degrees) and yet the main action (Naveen and Tiana) are at the front satalite. Surely that leaves all the audience members crowed round the back satalite a bit clue-less? It would have been nice if they were in the middle.
I know this is picky, but they built a hideous new stage and now it seems they arent using it to its full advantage.

It really looks good. Such a step up from MMP! Love the backing dancers, and thier backing-ness. :)
Does anyone know who does the voice for Tiana in this show? I take it is isnt Anika Noni-Rose?

From CharactersPhotosBlog again

The sound isn't quite right here. The opening sounds like it's all guitar for some reason.

Love all the pyro. Does anyone else think the opening dance seems quite restricted? Compared to It's Party Time, it doesn't quite get you in the mood. I know the Mickey costume changes are tricky, but that smoke effect each time might look repetitive? Why am I moaning? I love this show!

Just noticed that in the first video I posted, Mike and Boo do walk to the back of the stage to presumably use that new lift they installed. $60 000 or however much it was to get those guys on stage? It's a wonder Sully can make it down the stairs too

Does anyone know if they are likely to 'mess' with this show for Halloween? it's just that my 2 would totally love this show as it is, and I remember last time we went to Halloween there was a central plaza show with the villains, and I don't know if that would be in addition to the usual show, or whether the villains 'invade' the usual show?? Any clues folks?

And finally the complete show. Uploaded by 'Gochaton' on YouTube. You'd never guess which NGF event I'm most excited about :P Notice the NGF boxes on the sides of the stage which presumably contain all the show's props...

Part One

Part Two
[youtube:39jvlyrw]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ml4tyVEs8sI[/youtube:39jvlyrw]

So nice to see all those 'set' changes and lifts in use :)

As for seasonal modifications, I don't think they'd make that mistake again. With this show they seem to have addressed most of the negative feedback from last year so I'd be surprised. I also can't imagine where they'd add stuff to it anyway. It's quite a full show. Please don't change it

Certainly an improvement on last year. The start was bit weak, but after that it got a little better. I thought the Stitch and Tiana scenes were the best and I particularly liked the bird kites. Overall though the show is still too childish in my opinion. Other than young children this show isn't really going interest anyone.

Now that Angel and the other NGF characters are in the shows, does that mean that they will be in the parks???? Ever since seeing angel in DSS, I want her autograph to go with my stitch and lilo ones!! Yes, I am a bit sad (even though im 16) but hey!!!!I love disney!!!!!

It sure would be nice to see her in the parks. I guess she will make other appearances otherwise she'll prove to be a very expensive addition. Off topic, but I sure hope the UP gang bad it across the pond for tonight. Even just for the press. They'll be expecting to see Disney/Pixar's greatest achievement represented...

In the last week they've been testing different after-show music for the DSS. Princess and the Frog, Spirit of Aloha (from TDR's Find Stitch event etc). Any idea what they settled on or will it change? That could be nice. They've also now added some of the vocals in the Best of Friends play-off at the end. Nice

Anything strike you as strange with Princess Tiana here...? <cough>

That really suprises me that they let that Tiana out for meet & greets then. Ok, put her in the show when you have no other option, but let her leave after the show so she is not confronted with guests? I also think she is white wearing make-up, looking at her hands (gloves) and non-african shaped face?

But other than that, this show looks amazing! Finally a show centered on the characters again and not some multilangual person that is desperately trying to run the show...

Can anyone clear up how Mike&Boo get on stage? I'm totally confused :?:

Also I feel that the stage (althought looking great full of characters rather than dancers) feels kinda empty?
I love the flags at the Princess Tianna section, it would be awesome and in my eyes fill the stage more and make it a real spectacle if there were some sort of banner flagpole to give the performance some height?

I think for Dlp to make progress and make this type of show better it has to have a substance or story line.
Just now the past few shows have been a collection of characters dancing. They've prooved they know how to put on a good show, they included new music, more characters and costume changes. All we need now is a storyline to these shows.

I notice Prince Naveen makes a slightly different entrance in this video. Not sure why or exactly how. That lift does usually seem a little slow compared to the similar track doors in Fantasmic or Tokyo's stage shows for sure. The rest of the recording (or associated clips) show the lift working at normal speed however.

Don't you just love those instrumental segments? The track works really well and suits the event, but I also liked that they trialled music from Princess and the Frog too. That would've made more sense and fit the story of the show better... but this is waaaaay more fun and upbeat :)

They have such a strong soundtrack. It'd be great on a full CD. Saying that, it's surprising how strange it sounds without the characters :S

Tokyo likes to release DVDs of its shows. As a bonus, they also have a 'learn the choreography' segment. I'm surprised that DLRP didn't do something similar for It's Party Time. An enhanced CD of the show perhaps. Something the kids could dance around for hours at. I know of lots of families that complain the kids demand the music to be played again and again. I'm sure it'd keep them busy :)

You can say I'm negative, but what you can't say is that this show is good, great or whatever. This show is the result of this:

- "Well, guys, we must create a new show, any ideas?"
- "Yeah, the thing is to make a big big show"
- "(Everybody) Ohhhhhhhhh, a big show"
- "Can you tell us how to make a big show?"
- "Oh, well, it's easy... Mmm... Ummm... We need one million performers on stage"
- "Wow, that is a great idea, Mike"
- "So, ladies and gentlemen, we've finished"

And then, Disney Showtime Spectacular was born. There's no storyline, no musical sense... It's the example of what you don't have to do with Disney characters, Disney music, and Disney parks. Before the beginning of the show, I think they have to announce:

"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, welcome to the place where nightmares come true. For your own safety, we would like to remind you that this show may be frightening to children and some adults. If you do not want to waste your time, please, run away. Thank you and enjoy the show."

It's ironic, but excuse me, I can't stand these errors. Why don't they simply copy? I think "Dream Along with Mickey and Friends" is a great show.

They call them "moving heads" and I think it could be the same technology as audioanimatronics.

I have a question. Why are there always 10 dancers ariving/leaving for the HUB-show while there are just 8 of them dancing on stage?

As far as I know and have heard are those 2 spares when another dancer gets injured during the show.

Do they also have spares for when a character gets injured?

As far as I know they don't. Well not during the show itself it is.
They have 2 Mickey's, but that's just for the clothing chances Mickey has during the show.

Just wondering if Disneyland Paris have released the music from this show onto a CD?

Quote from: "Daniel"Just wondering if Disneyland Paris have released the music from this show onto a CD?

No, they haven't unfortunately, but it was to be expected. Sometimes it almost seems like they dont even want to make money at all. Why don't they release a proper new CD once in a while? And I do not mean the tenth re-release of "Une Journee a Disneyland Paris" or "Parade en Musique". After 8 years, Walt Disney Studios hasn't had a proper release either except for two singles (Animagique and Disney Cinema Parade). How many requests have there been for Tous En Train in the last few years for example? And I think its a shame that Walt Disney World has released the Moteurs... Action! soundtrack, while in Paris we still have to wait for it (though the stuntshow is a Paris original).

Compared to the American and Tokyo parks, Disneyland Paris is very weak in releasing multimedia merchandising. And I am not only talking about CDs, but also about DVDs and books. Last week, only the Disney Gallery in Disney Village sold the French version of "From Sketch to Reality". And why dont they sell the new "Walt Disney Imagineering: A Behind the Scenes Look at Making More Magic Real", "Designing Disney" by John Hench, "The Disney Mountains: Imagineering at its Peak", "Around the World with Disney", "Pirates of the Caribbean: From the Magic Kingdom to the Movies" or "Haunted Mansion: From the Magic Kingdom to the Movies"? They can even create a small "Imagineering Field Guide to Disneyland Paris" like the US parks do. Or perhaps create a new DVD with footage of the construction of the Tower of Terror for example. We all know they have it, please use it! Do these people even want our money?

I can recommend everyone to visit the Virgin Megastore at the Champs-Elysees in Paris. You can still buy the 15th Anniversary Album overthere for example and even several CDs from Tokyo Disney and Disneyland in California.

Sorry, had to get that off my chest. ;)

I really liked Disney Showtime Spectacular by the way. Much better then last year's show on Central Plaza. Especially Princess Tiana seems to be a hit with the audience!

@ Maarten: I completely agree with you. I'm a huge fan of music from the parks (shows, attractions, parades, area loops). I have more albums from other resorts, then I have from DLP. In their defence, they released the Mickey's Magical Party album in august last year which was excellent. Hopefully they will release the New Generation Festival soon. I can only hope, but I probably have an explanation why it hasn't been released or even will be in the future.

For this years hub show, they used music from other parks/shows/parades, where as the music from It's Party Time with Mickey was made by DLP itself. Therefor they don't have the rights to release the current show on album in Paris. Same goes for Disney's Fantillusion Parade. Only the theme is available on several albums, but the entire soundtrack is still only available in Tokyo. I've bought this cd from a Japanese eBay-user, because I can't order it anywhere else.

For the record, I would love to have an entire album with area music from Main Street! I love that ragtime music, but now I have to rely on 'not so legal' sources to obtain this music, because Disney is not releasing it. If they do, I would buy it immediately. Same goes for the full soundtrack of Phantom Manor, to name an attraction. Only a medley is available. What to think of the full soundtrack of Disney's Stars 'n' Cars? I have the US version of this parade, but that doesn't include the 'show-part' which is exclusive for DLP...

Come on Paris, give us more albums! Maybe I should create a Facebook page for this...  8)

@ cinders: Disney Showtime Spectacular is performed on a daily basis, all the way through march 2011. So yes, they will perform this show in december too. It can be cancelled due to weather conditions ofcourse.

The most hilarious thing is when they release music to a show in its final months... or something that has even stopped playing all together. What's the point of that? The people who enjoyed the music are no-longer there to buy it.

Disney's Showtime Spectacular is a really fun show that I'm sure would sound great in households all over Europe... or even a DVD of the show itself. Sadly I can't see it happening :(

Yes, DLRP are rubbish at getting the CDs out. High Season and still selling Mickey's Magical Party (albeit reduced in price)
If you like the Main Street music, I have full listings at http://www.magicmusic.net (http://www.magicmusic.net"%20onclick="window.open(this.href);return%20false;) (look in the blogs section under eyore's blog) for both the old and the more recent loops - including the CD sources so you could, at least, make a reconstruction of the music loop. Most of the present one is from the Paragon Ragtime Orchestra and Randy Newman's "Ragtime".
Keeps you legal anyway  ;)
Disney can't release them as they only pay to license the music  in the park or for short samples for their park CDs.
Same for many of the area loops.
I wish they did, I'd save hours not having to record the stuff  on my holidays  :-"

I had been debating for a few weeks if I should upload it or not, but seeing as the show is coming to a end soon it would be a shame not to share the soundtrack with other Disney fans who enjoyed the show :)
