• The Laugh Floor Comedy Club at Magic Kingdom -- Guests find the power of laughter in an engaging and interactive new adventure inspired by Disney-Pixar's "Monsters, Inc." as they match wits with the one-eyed hero Mike Wazowski and his friends. (Early 2007)
Sounds like this is the new attraction to replace the dear old Timekeeper. I haven't been following news/rumours about the attraction, but from this text it sounds like a new version of Turtle Talk with Crush.
Does anyone know more?
Yes it is deffinately the timekeepers replacement.
This "Turtle talk" type of attraction seems to keep poping up in quite a few of the disneyland parks so I was wondering, does anyone think that we will be seeing anything like this at dlp in the near future?
Probably not... language difficulties! I guess they could have a show in french, then one in english, and so on, but I really doubt it to be honest, it just wouldn't work well in Paris.
This sounds quite good. the time keeper was pratically deserted when i went in 03
I'm against pixarisation in tomorrowland especially in place of timekeeper something futuristic may not go a miss  . Really amazes me if the imagineers have lost that much imagination :( .
I agree, a similar attraction would be very hard to pull off in Paris... Most parents speak at least basic English or French, but most of their children, the main target audience, just speak their own language.

But getting energy from laughs is the way of the future!!! In Monstropolis at least...
To be honest, I'm more against the fact that this is basically the same attraction as Turtle Talk with Crush, and they shouldn't have 2 of them in the same resort. It's just lazy. I would have perhaps liked a new version of one of the old Epcot/Tommorrowland rides where they show you the future through a ride - except this time it's the Monsters showing you the future of Monstropolis and inviting you to join their "community of tomorrow". It'd never get old after a few years either, since it'd all be Monster technology.
