Tell them the product you'd like to buy and they'll reply with a total cost including shipping by FedEx (usually around €7-10). You can complete the purchase over the phone with a credit card.
Wonder if anyone has had this problem before, I emailed DLP mail order for a couple of items and they got straight back to me with a price, I emailed them with my details last monday and I've not heard anything since, is this normal for them? 😉
I've never treid it myself but have some friends who use this service frequently.
You just have to wait another 1-2 weeks, then you will recieve a package with your items.
I always ask them to confirm they have received my order, they have always confirmed and my order arrives within a couple of weeks. :)
how do you find a list of what you can order? And what's the email address for them please?
I mailed them 3 weeks ago, still waiting for an answer.
Too late now, pins I wanted are sold out, if only they would have responded quicker, lol.
Took just over a week to get a response so actually phoned and lady was really helpful, i confirmed my order and received it next day, email address i used was dlp.mail.order@disney.com

[/size]I wil deffo use the service again, well worth the postage if your buying quite a bit, i got 2 cds 2 keychains and a small plush keyring
Can anyone tell me how safe a service this is?
I am thinking about using the service for the first time and am a bit worried about just putting credit card details into an email and simply sending it off. Are the payments protected and is it secure?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

It is never a good idea to send your credit card details by email. Phone them instead.
Thanks for the information, I have decided against using the mail order service - I'll just have to take a bigger suitcase in the future!

Do they do like a catalogue so you can see everything and prices? Does anyone know?

thank you that is really helpful however do you know if they have a website as I dont think I can remember from memory as I was thinking of getting a few things for Christmas but it would be great to see what I'm ordering?? thank you
No website.
shame thanks Stifle :(
When I was at the park last week, I was looking for a specific item and city hall gave me the same email to contact and ask about ordering. I sent them off a letter Monday. We shall see how long it is before or if I get a response.
I have just placed an order with them through email. I sent card number in one email and other details in another 2. They didn't confirm it was sent until I asked them to cancel it as I hadn't heard anything, so it's om the way to me. DHL €15.99, cogsworth €69.00. worked out cheaper than trying to order it from the Disney store and paying postage. Wasn't in stock when I ordered it from Dlrp but is now :-\ only thing is, I probably would have got it quicker
That's strange? I was there last week and wanted to purchase a picture from Harringtons. They informed me that postage outwith France has been withdrawn due to excess breakage issues. They told me my only option was to post using the office in the train station. Too big for handluggage.
HI, was in dlp a couple of weeks ago and saw a lovely picture frame. Didn't buy it as I didn't want to carry it around for the day (but found out when I got home that if you buy before 3pm you can leave it at shop and collect later or they will send it to your hotel free of charge!) anyway I emailed the mail order service 2 days ago, filled in an online form and explained what the frame looked like. I have heard nothing of yet not even an email to let me know that they have had my message. Has anybody out there had any dealings with the mail order service very recently I would love to hear from you as I really would love my picture frame.
Kind regards, Disney25.
Sometimes you receive a response straight away, sometimes it takes a while, but there have also been cases when you don't hear from them (this happened to me once, actually, but I usually receive a response later in the same day). If I were you, I'd wait for a couple of days, and if you don't hear from them try a different email address, it seems to do the trick. ;)
Hi thanks for responding I'll do that. I'm sooooo impatient!!!
Hi can anyone tell me the actual number I need to type into my phone to contact the mail order? I've tried two - the one on here and one I was emailed by DLP and neither register I just want my darned book! Haha
