So what do you wish DLP could get from the other Disney parks?
I think the most obvious choices would be The Jungle Cruise and Splash Mountain, so what else?
I'd quite like to see the Dapper Dans quartet (they could do English AND French!), the Enchanted Tiki Room, and the Country Bears Jamboree. But hopefully with perhaps a French version and an English version, not bi-lingual shows.
Some dinner shows aside from Buffalo Bill's would be nice too, (such as WDW's Hoop-Dee-Doo for instance)
For me the biggest one is Mickey's Philharmagic, that show makes me so ridiculously Disneyish! lol. It could probably be added to Disney Studios.
As for Soarin... it'd be nice if they did a European version of it, because it requires no languages... maybe have some sections flying over England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain etc, culminating in being above Disneyland Paris? I think that could work very well. I don't think "Soarin' over Europe" would work, as 'Soarin' wouldnt translate so well, but a mention of Europe would be good.
So how about you? What would you like to see?
Expedition Everest or Kali River Rapids.
Mission:Space in Discoveryland with a 1960s early-space race make-over.
Answer: Quite a lot of stuff, actually.
- Splash Mountain
I've joined the band wagon, it's now top of my list.
- Indiana Jones Adventure
Though it would be great in WDS, it just fits too perfectly in Adventureland.
- Soarin'
Not for the spot between CinéMagique and Playhouse Disney, but towards the end of an extended Hollywood Boulevard, with airfield Rocketeer/Aviator/Howard Hughes themeing.
- Mickey's PhilharMagic
In the Art of Disney Animation building, which would be replaced with...
- Disney Animation (DCA) + Walt Disney Story (DHS)
Within the current Costuming building, plus a new restaurant.
- The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Undersea Adventure
Behind Fantasyland Station, next to Casey Jr.
- Winnie the Pooh (TDL version)
Behind Fantasyland Station, next to Little Mermaid.
- Journey to the Centre of the Earth + 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (ie a basically complete but slightly scaled down height-wise Mount Prometheus from TDS)
Behind Space Mountain, sitting above the railroad between HISTA and Autopia.
- Aquatopia
Replacing Autopia, sitting within the lava rocks of new Mount Prometheus.
- Overhead Electric Railway
Running from Main Street Transportation down Discovery Arcade, behind Plaza Gardens and then across the Discoveryland entrance. Looping behind Buzz and Videopolis and then crossing through Mount Prometheus.
- Monsters, Inc. Ride & Seek
At the back of Toon Studio, hidden amongst the forest, as if a new outlet of the company built to power the studio.
- New Orleans Square + Disney's Port Orleans Resort
As a Disney Village expansion between the first and second boulevards including a new hotel in the vacant spot on Lake Disney, as per their existing plans.
- Hyperion Theatre
...But properly themed on the outside. To sit somewhere along Hollywood Boulevard.
- Pixar Play Parade
Daytime parade for the Studios.
Every attraction at Tokyo Disneyland/Tokyo DisneySea!
(If we can do future rides?)
Top of my list is The Little Mermaid Ride, it looks so good and rumours suggest it will be epic.
Of Present day rides.... I would like Sinbad's Storybook Voyage from Tokyo DisneySea.
Bit of a random choice really, but I rate it very highly as a ride.
Never going to happen but I'd like to see it in Adventureland.
Prepare for a large wishlist:
Disneyland, Anaheim
California Screaming (change it to Paris Screaming)
Submarine Voyage (no nemo just original)
Their Storybookland Canal Boat in place of ours.
Matterhorn Bobsleighs
Toy Story MM
Mickey's PhilharMagic
Luxo animatronic
WDW
All of Animal Kingdom
Their waterparks
Turtle Talk with Crush
The Great Movie ride
The Barnstormer at Goofy's Wiseacre Farm
Tokyo Disneyland
Journey to the Centre of the Earth
Gadget's Go Coaster
Monster's Inc ride and go seek
HKDL
NONE but maybe soon
Other things
Soarin' over Europe..have to agree with TR_WOLF that would be pretty neat!
A monorail system
Hmmmm, well for me, I would love the following:
a return of the marching band, ragtime pianist and Dapper Dans.
an attraction like the Hall of Presidents or American Adventure, but dedicated to the history of Europe.
Splash Mountain
Indiana Jones Adventure
Tokyo's version of Pooh and Monsters Inc
Soarin'
A people mover (TTA)
Journey to the Centre of the Earth
Spaceship Earth
Proper fireworks throughout the year
Muppet Vision 3D
Great Movie Ride
Sci Fi Dine In
Brown Derby
An attraction using Test Track technology
DAK as a 3rd gate.
A monorail
I've only been to DLRP and WDW so I don't know any attractions of TDR, HKDL and DL.
My wishlist is:
Splash Mountain
Expedition Everest
Test Track (although it wouldn't fit in DLP or WDS)
Dinosaur/Indiana Jones Adventure
Fantasmic
Soarin'
I basically want everything that Anthony mentioned haha!
I would also love to add Dole Whips and corn dogs to the list of things from other parks (as well as a Napa Rose and Crystal Lotus restaurants).
The list of Anthony please. =D> [-o< :D/
Sounds like those are great plans. How much is seriously considered at the moment? Especially short term?
My fave's:
DLP
- Indiana Jones
- Splash Mountain
- Mickey's Philharmonic
WDS
- Soarin' over the World => Especially with Howard Hughes theme sounds cool!
- Monster's Inc Hide and Seek
I would love to see some of these in Paris:
-Muppet Vision 3D
-Indiana Jones Adventure
-Splash Mountain
-The Jungle Cruise
-Soarin'
-The Little Mermaid
-Winnie the Pooh
-Journey to the Centre of the Earth
-and probably loads more that I've forgotten :P
My wishlist
Splash Mountain
The Little Mermaid
Pooh's Honey Hunt
Mickey's Philharmonic
Muppets 3d
Toy Store Midway Mania
Philharmagic and Fantasmic would be soo cool!!
Also something like Spaceship Earth would be a great add-on.
For me, it's clear:
Mr. Toads Wild Ride :D
we're merrily on our way...
:D/
My friend was at Alton Towers ( I know its not a Disney park) but one thing I thought was a brilliant idea was how they do this thing where you can get a dvd made of your day in the park. You wear a wristband on you as you walk around the park/on rides and there is cameras which can pic up your wearabouts by the wristband you wear and it puts together a dvd of clips from your day (including on ride footage) onto a dvd for like £17!
I think that is a great idea!
I haven't been to the american or hong kong Disney parks but I am sure there is a long list of great rides we could have- I would luv to see the alice in wonderland ride in disneyland paris for one anyway!

I've always thought something like that would be good on Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. The story is basically that you are taking part in Aerosmith's revolutionary new music
video, so it would be nice if guests could actually see the video. They could set up cameras throughout the ride's course. Then at unload there could be moniters showing the footage of your trip which you would be able to purchase.

This list will do nicely. :) Some one get it sent to Euro Disney HQ with "to do" written on top. ;)
i would like to see The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Undersea Adventure and the Monster's Inc ride. Guess that would occupy a lot of space, but just wishing :D
Ok, reading this, I am very VERY scared. Most of you seem to want more toons.
It goes to show I am in the minority of Disney fans in Europe :(
Ok lets edit this slightly... how about NON-ATTRACTIONS?
We've had some good suggestions so far, my favourite of which is the Dole Whip! :D
Well, I have already listed some of my non attraction picks such as dole whip, corn dogs, Crystal Lotus and Napa Rose. I would also love to see the variety of popcorn flavours Tokyo Disneyland offers, Gyoza Dogs, I would love to have a House of Blues and an Adventurer's Club, as well as a DLP version of Jellyrolls.
Add in a minigolf course like Fantasia Gardens and a water park ala Blizzard Beach. Mix in a little Cirque du Soliel action. Then let us not forget chocolate covered bananas and non alcoholic mint juleps, as well as Monte Cristo sandwiches. Yum.
That said, it is the differences of all the resorts that makes it worth travelling around the globe. Part of the problem with HKDL is other than the setting and the chinese food, there is nothing really unique to entice us there (until Mystic Point and Grizzly Trail are finished)
Churros!!
Quote from: "Hathaway Browne"Churros!!
You can get them at Cowboy Cookout BBQ, Hakuna Matata and Fuente del Oro
Anything that isn't toon based would be a nice change! Even better, a unique non-toon-based attraction - not found in any other Disney parks!
But... we can dream.
I also really, really want the barbershop quartet. I checked a few videos of them in CA - awesome. Trash can drummers would be great too. WDS used to have something similar I believe.

Unfortunately, the Churros from Fuente del Oro cannot be compared to the ones in DL. The one I had from there was so greasy, nearly threw up in my mouth just thinking about it
Decent Churros would be a welcome addition, and I'd like to dry the Dole Whip too!

In the early 90's, we had both a barbershop quartet (on Main Street) and a trashcan group (in Discoveryland). Then in 2002, we had a trashcan group again in WDSP (along with the Italian Cinema band and the awesome Cotton Club style big band in Studio 1).

They can be hit and miss, but they are better than none (but agreed, nowhere near as good as Disneyland's)
I remember going to CostCo in Florida... it was spooky how similar it felt to ours at home, same layout and everything, even down to the cafe, BUT their cafe instead of cottage pie, sold Churros... very yummy, but only one between us was enough, so sweet!
From Disneyland: its willingness to spend BIG into a failed new theme park
From Walt Disney World: its fireworks
From Tokyo Disney Resort: its maintenance and custodial staff
From Hong Kong Disneyland: ... now this is hard... how about its Halloween festivities?
i would love to see the
muppets 3d show they have in orlando,
the one that is presented by ellen in epcot (though may be too much speach to do bilingual??
spash mountain
soarin
mickeys philarmagic
would also like to see the "street" entertainmemt like they have in orlando, the musicians, singers, actors dressed up etc
disney quest
Quote from: "CGM12345"disney quest
I never thought of that! DisneyQuest would be an awesome addition to somewhere like Disney Village!
Splash mounatin
mission space
enchanted tiki room
monorail
Matterhorn
etc
How about a Monorail?
Sure a mass transport system might be a bit of overkill for DLP, what the hey, lets have some !!! 8)
a monorail woud be great
-splash mountain
-mickey's toontown
-legend of the lion king
-soarin'
-mission space
-test track
-"honey i shrunk the kids" movie set adventure
-Fantasmic!
...
From WDW:
- Fantasmic!
- Splash Mountain
- Philharmagic
- Toy Story Mania
- Pfff...will think of more ;)
Smoked Turkey Legs from WDW... I still remember the delicious smell
Chimichangas from DL
I don't know if they still exist but I miss them terribly lol both were delicious!
It would be cool if all of the hotels got a pool!
I would add Fantasmic! Toontown and Cirque du Soleil
Test Track, Splash Mountain, the Indiana Jones ride at DL (I would replace Temple of Peril with it) and you all mentioned all I had in mind
DL needs expansion! Specially the Studios and the Village (I would add movies in English to the Gaumont, and subtitles in Spanish for those... ok that's too much for asking)
For me ideally for attractions it would be something like:
Mickey's Philharmagic - I think this would definitely be a good addition to Disneyland Paris because it is such a good attraction and I love the mix of the classic Disney movies in it.
Toy Story Mania - Seeing as it is already in two parks I think it could be expanded into WDS. I would love to see this ride here in Disneyland Paris because it is another great ride and was extremely popular when I went to WDW.
Soarin' - I would love to see Soarin' come into Disneyland Paris, instead of seeing a Soarin' Over The World theme I would like to see Soarin' Over Europe and just make this unique to Disneyland Paris.
For me entertainment wise even though it hasn't actually hasn't even started yet in DCA I would love to see something like the World of Colour because looking at the concept art that would be quite amazing. Fantasmic! would be very nice but I would love to see something lke the World of Colour appear instead.
I think really when looking at Disney Village, even though people probably won't agree I like it the way it is but I think that I would definitely add an Earl of Sandwhich hopefully the rumour is true because that was some of the nicest food I have ever had. Oh and a Ghiradelli, they were nice too.
In Disneyland Park I would like to see the Strawberries and Cream milkshake from WDW come to DLRP, I could of drank hundreds of them every day.
From Epcot:
- Mission Earth :)
- Test Track (maybe one of the big french automobile companies??)
- Soarin' would be a great add also.
Like everyone else, I'd love to see Splash Mountain and Soarin' at DLP.
I'd also love the Matterhorn, and the submarines from Anaheim, and I definitely wouldn't complain if they were to bring Fantasmic over here!
Also forgot to add.
Tinkerbell and Friends meet and greet :P
Quote from: "davewasbaloo"Hmmmm, well for me, I would love the following:

an attraction like the Hall of Presidents or American Adventure, but dedicated to the history of Europe.

Muppet Vision 3D
Great Movie Ride
Sci Fi Dine In
Brown Derby
An attraction using Test Track technology
DAK as a 3rd gate.
A monorail
A perfect list !! I'll go for everything on this , and it includes two great restaurants !! Would love a Prime Time Cafe , but this would never work in Paris unfortunately !
From the Magic Kingdom:
- Pirates Of The Caribbean upgrades
- Haunted Mansion upgrades
- Splash Mountain
- Mickey's PhilharMagic
From Epcot:
- Soarin'
From Disney's Hollywood Studios:
- Pixar Place
- Toy Story Mania
- Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater
- Fantasmic
From Disney's Animal Kingdom:
- Expedition Everest
:D I have a BIG list but top are:
Soarin' (obviously) [-o< =D>
Mickeys Philhamagic
Muppets 3D
Hall of Presidents  Hahaha only joking!!!!!!
I LOVE DLP so much that if they had Soaring in any form I dont think I would be bothered about not going to Florida!! :^o
ONLY 12 AND A HALF MONTHS TO PARIS AGAIN!!!!!
Quote from: "gailytennant"I LOVE DLP so much that if they had Soaring in any form I dont think I would be bothered about not going to Florida!! :^o
Sounds like you would adore DL resort where the original Soarin' is.
I would want Fantasmic to come to DLP

Sounds like you would adore DL resort where the original Soarin' is.
And it is a toon free attraction ! :D
Here I go...
Disneyland Park:
-Impressions de France (Epcot) as a French constitute to Hall of Presidents
-Haunted Mansion upgrades (Magic Kingdom) in Phantom Manor
-Redwood Creek Challenge Trail (Disney's California Adventure) to replace Pocahontas Indian Village
-Grizzly River Run (Disney's California Adventure) in Cottonwood Creek
-Indiana Jones Adventure (Disneyland) next to Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril
-Pirates Liar overlay (Disneyland) for Adventure Isle
-Pirates of the Caribbean upgrade (Disneyland)
-Pooh's Hunny Hunt (Tokyo Disneyland) behind Fantasyland Station
-Star Tours 2 (Disneyland/Disney's Hollywood Studios)
-Jedi Training Academy (Disney's Hollywood Studios) at the empty L'Astroport Services
-Disney in the Stars Fireworks (Hong Kong Disneyland) as a proper replacement for Enchanted Fireworks
-Disney's Glow in the Park Parade (Hong Kong Disneyland)
-I would like to have proper Halloween decorations from several Disney parks around the world
-Entertainment like the Hill Billy's (Disneyland), Barbershop Quartet and so on.
Walt Disney Studios:
-Soarin'; I was blown away, simply beautiful! (Epcot)
-Hollywood/Sunset Boulevard extension (Disney's Hollywood Studios)
-Entertainment like Citizens of Hollywood (Disney's Hollywood Studios), Jammitors and so on.
-Muppet Mobile Lab (Epcot)
-Golden Mickey's (Hong Kong Disneyland) as a replacement for Animagique
-Elements from Art of Disney Animation (Disney's California Adventure)
-A permanent exhibit space in Backlot where filmprops from the most recent Disney films can go on display, similar to Journey into Narnia (Disney's Hollywood Studios)
Disney Village:
-House of Blues (Downtown Disney Orlando)
-World of Disney (Downtown Disney Orlando)
-Disney Gallery (Disneyland); a cross between Disney Gallery in Disneyland and the current one in Disney Village
-ESPN Zone (Downtown Disney Anaheim)
-Cirque du Soleil (Downtown Disney Orlando)
On a more realistic note though; I really would like Disneyland Paris to take a look at the merchandising of Disneyland/Tokyo Disneyland, the Castmember efficiency and friendliness of Disneyland (I guess Tokyo's Castmember attitude won't work overhere) and cleaness/maintenance of Tokyo/Hong Kong Disneyland. They also need to sort out their food offerings compared to the other Disney parks.
I would like to see:
A smoking ban enforced in both parks.
Replace the buses with a tram system.
Soarin'
Nemo's Submarine Voyage
A new Tiki Room!
