Hi,
Does anyone have an email or postal address where I can make such a complaint?
Finally after 16 years and 17 trips to DLRP I have the need to complain about a CM. I'm gutted that it happened but I guess one complaint in 17 trips is a brilliant record.
I'd like an answer to this complaint as I was severly mis-informed by a CM (I asked her four times if she was sure and ever time she said that she was right and I was wrong) and it ended up costing me a lot of money.
You can use the contact form (https://my-disneyland.disneylandparis.c ... ndex.xhtml (https://my-disneyland.disneylandparis.co.uk/contact-us/index.xhtml)) or email via dlp.communication.visiteurs@disney.com (mailto:dlp.communication.visiteurs@disney.com). However, these may take longer to reply, if they do reply, and may not be taken as seriously as a letter would.
Therefore, I would recommend sending a letter.

If you need more specific contact details, such as specific hotel/department, visit http://www.dlrpmagic.com/guides/practic ... lcontacts/ (http://www.dlrpmagic.com/guides/practical/officialcontacts/).
Hope that helps.
We sent a complaint to the dlp.guest.communication e-mail address and got a phone call of some manager a few days later.
I would send your complaint via letter though, we only chose e-mail as the situation needed to be solved quick-ish.
Thank you very much.
I'm sorry that this happened to you, and that you feel the need to complain about it. It must have been really bad. But on the bright side, 1 complaint in 17 trips isn't so bad, just 17 more to go until the next one  :P
What happened?
