I'm actually not sure if the sales are open on the UK website already. I know you can order them by calling the normal reservation line. I'll have a look later if they're listed on the site.
And thanks for the compliment. :)

I forgot to mention that Dream Pass holders get a 50% reduction.
Oh i really hope they have this for next year.
I am hoping to have some links for you about the American version at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom for you (including a couple YouTube links and information from Wikipedia, for which I have created those stories) soon.
Thanks AmericanMouse, but let's keep this topic just for the Paris version (which will be entirely different).
You may open a topic in the International Parks if you want to. :)
The official French name for the event is "La fête Pas-Si-Trouille de Mickey".
Again, to avoid confusion, this party will NOT be the same as in Florida. There will be no Hallowishes or Mickey's Boo to You Parade.
All events during the evening will take place in Fantasyland where the attractions will be up and running.
Hey Raptor
By any chance,do you know if the tickets have started to be sold online on the Official Disneyland paris website?
Thanks

And the official press release:
Quote NEW: Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
This year, Disneyland Resort Paris will host 4 brand new parties at Disneyland® Park during the month of October 2008 for younger guests who like to dress up and want to celebrate Halloween with Disney Characters.
The Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Parties welcome families for an evening in Fantasyland® dressed up as Halloween for the occasion. Fantasyland will have a special décor giving an unusual atmosphere with exclusive night time shows, and roguish Disney Characters and Jack Sparrow, new music, and Streetmosphere and many other surprises.
Guests will sing, dance and laugh with Merlin and the four surprising witches: Minnie, Lilo, Daisy and Clarice in the castle courtyard and will enjoy the final Halloween happening at the end of the evening.
Snow-White and the Seven Dwarfs, Pinocchio's Fantastic Journey, Le Carrousel de Lancelot, Peter Pan's Flight, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Mad Hatter's Tea Cups, "it's a small world", Sleeping Beauty Castle, Pirates of the Carribean will be open.
The Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Parties will run from 8.00pm to 11.00pm. (Dates: October, 10 – 17 – 24 – 28, 2008) and the Parties ticket holders can benefit of entering the Park as early as 5.pm.
**Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Parties tickets will be available at 25€ for adult and children (free for children under 3 years old). Attendance is limited for these events in order to ensure premium experience, we recommend to buy tickets in advance on www.disneylandparis.com (http://www.disneylandparis.com"%20onclick="window.open(this.href);return%20false;) or to call + 33 1 60 30 60 53

That's about as different as you can get. Besides, here in the the States, Minnie, Lilo and Daisy would be great in witch outfits...and to think we might replace Clarice with, say, Darby from My Friends Tigger and Pooh if they do another stage show at Magic Kingdom in Florida that could alternate with the villains' event.
But that's my .02 euros.
My birthday is on the 24th of October which is one of the nights of the parties! I am so tempted to book it! What an amazing way to celebrate my 22nd birthday!:) hehe!

Does anyone know if I'll be able to buy tickets for this when I'm visiting this weekend?

Quote from: "Kristof"Disneyland Resort Paris is launching a Halloween hard ticket event aimed at families and their young children (4 - 6 years old).
Just to go back to the original post.. this event is for
4 - 6 years old and so it's not going to be too scary and set in Fantasy Land.
Am I alone and thinking an event aimed at 4 -6 years old is a very strange one to start at 8pm until 11pm?! Or am I a party pooper?
I've updated the first topic with more information and this pretty flyer:
Nice flyer! I like the comic style of the drawning and I think it fits the feel of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party quite well.
Love the poster, it's very well made. Well done DLRP and thanks for posting it Kristof =D>
wow seeing that poster makes me wanna go right now, but i have to wait just 3 and a half more weeks to go!
Here's the information I posted in the first topic:

I have to say, I really like the flyer! The colours, the fonts, the style... it's just great. :) I think it really captures the atmosphere of the party. It doesn't make it seem scary, just fun like it's supposed to be! Even the pumpkin is smiling.

Ooops should have made that clearer, yes, fantillusion and fireworks on Halloween Night (31st) only!

Thanks for sharing the video, it was great :)
When I first saw those plastic pumpkin decorations on the Character Express, I was SURE they had little lights in. Really would've made sense for these parties!
I love that music from Tokyo. There's a real party atmosphere. It's fun, friendly and very Disney - everything that that event should be. Some of the park decorations look a little questionable, but I'm sure these parties will flourish in years to come.
Video needed better lighting though. The music was also used a few years ago at DCA at Mickey's Halloween treat (now Mickey's Trick-or-Treat party).
LOVE the programme and the wristbands. Very smart.
Although I hear from Kristof that the music was rather grating (Boo To You on repeat?!)... because yes, that's right, I wasn't there! I don't know who the Hidden Anthony was... maybe Davy (flor) ..? :)

So what else can you tell us about the party?
Thanks!

Im curious about the decorations and mini shows aswell. I've read both positive and negative comments on other discussion boards so far.
By the way, I really like the Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party advertisements all over the resort.

I enjoyed the party but elements could be better...it seemed the Mickey/Minnie greet wasn't well planned and the Winnie and friends event was simply a meet and greet. I thought the decorations and characters were fab though!
how cool does that look. it may say its for 4-6 year olds but in all honesty if we are all truthful. in our disney hearts isnt that how old we will always be??????? where else can you just let got of all your adult responsibilitys and be young again??????
It looks fantastic!
Will this on next year?
First of all, it was me: the hidden Anthony ;-).
2nd: due to the learnings of the first party + more succesful as aspected; next MNSHP will get more entertainment!
And other good news:
MNSHP will be back next year on 4 days aswell. More info in the DLRP Summerbrochure.

That's good to know, the Winnie the Pooh 'show' in particular was a let down and I don't think they quite got the Mickey and Minnie welcome quite right - overall though, a top night!
the party was gr8 and found it to be such a good way to meet the Characters with not so big que's and they spent more time with you and interacting with you!
I saw a boy pull cruella de'vils hair and she ran after him it was soo funny!
Wow Raptor, the pictures are amazing - thank you for showing, very well done =D>

Quote from: "chilly1978"my wife and I will be at DLRP when this event is on, is it worth booking tickets for it? Or is it really just for kids?
Me (22) and my m8 (18) went and was well well worth it!
No way is it just for kids, its good fun, and also a great way to meet characters and get there authographs and photos taken with them and also there is a few shows on durring it as well so I say go for it!
I was there on the 10th and was very very worth the money!
I am very tempted to book as another surprise for my wife, she still doesnt know where we are going and we arrive on Monday morning!
How can I book?
We visited paris 13 - 18 October. We had a fabulous time. Everthing was amazing its all so perfect to the smallest detail. The one gripe I had was wthh the Not so scary party. When we enterered Fantasyland we found that the character shows with Minnie etc were at the courtyard. It is a very small compact area. If you were lucky enough to be the first 20 -30 children and adults to gather round the courtyard then great otherwise forget it. Our children 4 and 6 were so excited and tierd( was quite late for them) so to not be able to see the welcome was very frustrating as a parent watching your children being so upset. The atmosphere around the park was great with lots of entertainment and characters.
The other show we attended was in the theatre: again it made me want to scream. We got front row seats at the Tigger show, as soon as they asked children to come on the stage there was a free for all. The small area in front of the stage was packed not just with children but adults. Disney are so strict with barriers etc everywhere else it would have been good if they could have told the adults to get away from the front of the stage. As I say we were in the front row even standing my 6 year old on the seat we couldn't see over two adults who were having the time of their life dancing along with Tigger????!!! I did attempt to say something but they refused to move. I loved Disney and it is a place were your dreams come true for young and old alike but the adults need to give the kids a break! :x Otherwise it was fab and we will return. :D/
Hey
aw I really wanted to go to the Mickey not so scary halloween Party, Especially the one on the 24th of October as that is my birthday but I couldn't get anyone to go with me and I didn't want to travel alone from Ireland.
Bopshop your photos are amazing, they made me so jealous!
Kristof your photos and videos are brilliant!
To the person (sorry I have forgot your name) who posted the picture with Jack and Sally, it is brilliant, again I am so jealous!
Will Jack and Sally return next year or was it this year only?
I am so sad I missed it all but glad it's returning next year!
