We stayed there last week and would like to get in touch with the manager to point out some of the negative points we found there, but I can't seem to find a name for the manager or any contact details at all, can anyone help with this?

When we stayed in 2006 we had to see the manager because we had stuff stolen from our room. I can't really remember the full thing but from what i remember the manager was away and we had to see the vice manager, his first name was Pako, didn't know his second name if that's any help. Doubt its helpful though.
Managers shift very often within the resort. You have to contact guest relations with complaints, they will forward this to the appropriate managers.
