Title: Equivalent Eurodisney camping to Europa-Park (Germany)?
Post by: MaxinUK on January 16, 2019, 03:28:00 PM
Just pricing up a three night stay for early July for 2 adults/2 kids at Newport Bay and even with the 25%/HB offer we're looking at around £2k with travel costs etc from the UK...    :o

We've always used the resort hotels but this time we might tack it on to a summer trip in the VW camper.

We had an awesome stay at the Europa Park adjacent resort campsite two years ago.  Small pitches but great facilities and atmosphere not to mention an easy 10 minute walk to the gates.

How does the Eurodisney equivalent campsite (presuming there is one?!) compare?

I'm not sure about an adjacent campsite but we stayed at Iris Parc about 20 minutes away last summer. We stayed in a mobile home there for a week and driving to and from Disney was no problem. The parc is nice, restaurant is reasonable with good food and the kids loved the pools.

If you are staying in a campervan it looks like a pitch for 3 nights in July is about €115.

You'll obviously get hit with parking each day in DLP but its better than €2k.
