Hey all.
I have a question about my diner plans.
We are going to dlp in the beginning of December and are planning to eat a late meal in the huntersgrill after watching the Christmas fireworks in the studios. The studios close at 8 so I assume the fire works start at 8 o clock . Am I right? I am planning to make a reservation for 9 o clock. The restaurant close at 10:30.
Does anyone has experience with eating that late at hunter grill? Do they still refill te buffet after 9? Is 9 a good time to make a reservation or do you think we can get there quicker or maybe later. I never seen the christmas fireworks so I have got no idea how busy it is and how long it takes to get out of the park. Walking to the hunters grill from park exit takes us about 15 minutes.
Any other buffet ideas. We have half board plus and would like to eat after park hours. Because we are ariving late that day. (We are staying for 2 nights and are going to chez remy on our second day)
Thank you very much. Have a nice day.
We ate in hunters last year on our first night. We just walked in for the buffet, I can't remember the time but must have been around 9 or half 9 as we had come from the airport and got checked in to our hotel before heading for dinner.
There was still loads to eat on the buffet and it was still being replenished, with the added advantage of the restaurant not being too crowded, you could select your food without people all around you putting pressure on you to hurry up.
I would book though as straight after fireworks it might be busier.
Thank you for your reply Qscout.
I will definitely book hunter grill now.
I went to Hunters Grill in March 2018 and they were still putting out food when we went after 9 pm. The food was nice and the staff great.
