Hi. Have booked to go in November and plan to buy another annual pass as this years has expired. Have to buy it at the park as I will be using my shareholder card for my discount. My question is can I pre book the VIP area for parades and nightime show and use of swimming pools at hotels from the UK by phone before I actually have my pass? I wouldn't want to pay extra for the Infinity Pass and find out that all the slots/places are taken during my trip when booking at City Hall. If that is the case I would be as well getting the pass below and saving the cash as none of the dates I plan to visit are blackouts. Any ideas?

Hi, unfortunately you can't book the slots until you have bought your pass and it is in your hand. I paid in full over the phone for 3 infinity passes thinking that I could then prebook the spaces but was told that I couldn't book any slots until my 'temporary pass' had been swapped for a real one in the park. Luckily there were spaces available to book once I was there. They ask for your infinity pass number to book the slots.
