We're there this weekend staying offsite. Friends of ours are staying at Disneyland Hotel. Would we be able to drive over, park and visit them?
(Does Disneyland hotel have its own car park?)
Probably just the evening but maybe daytime as well.
Not sure if relevant but they dont have a car with them - could we use their "space"?
To get into the hotel carpark we had to show our booking reference and then our boot was opened etc for them to view as part of security. Where are you travelling from? There is a Disneyland resort car park (and possibly one for the village too) but there is a charge.
As Disneyland Hotel is inside the main Disney security ring, they are very strict on who can drive in and park. They have a security checkpoint before the carpark so you can not just drive up like you can at the other hotels. If you are staying offsite, I would just park in the regular car park and walk up to the Disneyland Hotel. Or if your hotel has a shuttle to the parks, then take that.
No you will not be able to park at the hotels unless you have a booking confirmation or room card. Too many people used to try and get free parking they were not entitled to instead of paying for the car parks. They have security and a barrier now.
Which hotel are you in?
Worked out ok. Because MIL has blue badge we were able to park in disneyland hotel - very close to gate :-)
ah that's perfect then. glad all went ok.
