Two Christmas parades everyday.

Does the first parade start in Fantasyland and the second parade start in Town Square?

Yes at 1150 it starts at its a small world (great spot to stand as if maleficent is gonna breathe fire, and sometimes she doesn't) and it runs to town square. And at 1315 it starts at the town square (another fire breathing spot) and runs to its a small world.

Yes.
Just like every parade that runs multiple days a day: the first one always starts at Small World, and then they switch sides.
So the second one from Discovery Arcade, third from Small World again etc
