Does anybody know what replaces Mickey and the magician show when it has a break from January to the end of March?
Really gutted to miss it and I'm hoping for something to be in its place in the meantime?

Nothing.
I would assume during that downtime they do any maintenance they need on the theatre and there's an opportunity to train any new cast needed.
The theatre set isn't really simple enough to remove for another show.
