Title: Do you have to use the reservation system for your own language?

I just ask, because the cost in dollars is obscenely higher than the list prices in Euros or pounds.  Like 25% higher for hotel rooms.

Hallo
You can book your trip on the website of the country with the best offer for your needs or you can call the reservation number of your country and ask a "crossover offer" of that country. I live in Italy and I've booked with French offers more than once, on line or calling italian reservation number and asking for the french offer.
