What time to they serve until at Billy Bob's and the other restaurants in the Disney Village? Is it possible to get a meal after the parks close? Is there transportation between the parks and the Village? Hotels and the Village? November visit
Don't know the answer to the times they serve too (I know during summer, World of Disney Store was open til midnight!), but there is no transportation between the parks and the village - it is literally a 2 minute walk from both parks to the village :)
It's usually about 10pm, some maybe earlier some later. You can get transport from hotels to parks but it's just as quick to walk from hotels to village 5-10 mins top depending on the hotel you are staying at. The park is a further 5 mins from the village top depending on your speed. We walked from the Cheyenne to the park in 20 mins with a wheelchair and we weren't rushing.

I havent been to Billy Bobs so I dont know about that particular one. The restaurants in Disney Village are independent restaurants, not owned by Disney, so to find their opening hours you need to go to their websites. For example RainForest Cafe , this is their website and opening hours http://rainforestcafe.fr/en/find-us/ They are open 11.30am to 11.30pm , midnight on Saturdays. This is generally the opening times of the other restaurants, but just to make sure, check their website.

Disney Village is located about 5 minutes walk from the Main Park entrance turnstiles. There is no transport, its not needed, its just all basically part of the same plaza / esplanade.

The shuttle buses for the parks are located between the park and Disney Village. All the onsite hotels are within walking distance, you just exit the opposite side of the Village to the shuttle bus pick up points. Some hotels are father than others. For example Santa Fe Hotel is about 25 minutes walk, while Hotel New York is a 10 minute walk. Many people walk back to the hotels instead of getting the shuttle buses.
Go to Google Maps and study the Disneyland Paris area. :)
You won't have a problem in November - the park closes at approximately 7pm weeknights so after Illuminations you'll be in the Village before 8pm.
Weekends it's a bit later (usually 10pm on Sat and 9pm on Sun).
