I know you can get a birthday cake for a charge for particular restaurants but do Characters bring out the cake? or is it just the waiters?
What makes it disney?
Characters are not allowed to handle food for hygienic reasons, it's the waiters that will bring the cake and if there are characters around they come to sing and dance the birthday song.
We had a birthday cake for our son at cafe mickey. Although it's not the characters who bring it out Mickey and a few others came over to sing happy birthday.
