Title: AP Advice
Post by: Ohana on May 20, 2017, 04:25:55 PM
Hello, it's not long until I'm back in the magic, just over two months! So I guess it's time I begun planning it properly. We are looking to buy annual passes whilst there and are hoping to get sponsorship, but how does this work? Do we need to firstly buy a one day ticket online to get into the park to then go to the annual pass bureau and then deduct the cost of the ticket off the APs?

The usual procedure is to find a sponsor and arrange to meet them at the passport office. When you arrive at the park, buy a day ticket in order to enter the park. When you buy your AP at the passport office, they will deduct the price of your day ticket from the price of your discounted (sponsored) AP.

I'm not sure of current prices, but are the APs from supertrips.net more or less than a full price AP less sponsorship discount?

Oh, and you can no longer claim back your first day's parking ( the day you buy your pass).

Ah thanks!

I've just looked on supertrips and it works out cheaper to buy the pass from them, even if I was sponsored! Have you ever used them before? It all seems a bit too good to be true haha but I would really love to make that kind of saving as that's the kind of price I was willing to pay for a dreams pass before they did away with them! Also parking is not an issue as we are flying :)

we've not used supertrips, but plenty of people on here have.

we used discount-ticket-store in the past and thier service was excellent.

has anyone on here used third party sellers for the new style APs?
