Just a very quick statement/question;
I'm flipping fed up with all the "Cheyenne bashing" on the likes of tripadvisor etc!!
I ruddy LOVE the place!!
Who's with me??? ;D
Love the theming a lot, but have never spend the night there. Will do in september though.

Have a fantastic time! I've got to wait until next April :'(
We are not staying there at new year this time but definitely eating there & having a drink in the bar.
It was our first hotel in 1993, loved it and still go for wander around and have a drink in the saloon, lots of happy memories. :D
Yup I love it there, one of my favourite hotels. Great themeing, reasonable prices. Happy memories there.
Ignore trip advisor, you can find negative reviews for every single place. People like to go there to moan. People are more likely to bother to post a negative review than a positive one. For every negative review there were probably at least ten people with positive experiences who din't bother writing a review.
Our favourite hotel and even nicer after the revamp. You can not beat the walk along the river
We just love the Cheyenne! Can't wait to try the new rooms in September, although I must admit I will miss the bunk beds!
I've stayed in all the hotels and tbh the Cheyenne remains my go to one for most trips. The theming is great, the new rooms are really smart and for the amount of time I spend in the room it's not worth paying for a higher star hotel.
If I'm looking for a nicer experience I tend to go for Sequoia in the winter and Newport Bay in the summer but I never feel short changed by the Cheyenne.
I often find on trip advisor that the people putting up reviews set out to look for faults. Many of the reviews I've read on hotels I'm going to there are awful and made me nervous about the hotel and when I got their I found it to be the complete opposite of the reviews. I think the same with Cheyenne, people complain alot about it on there but I love it. Of all the Paris hotels it's my favourite. I love the cowboy theming of the place and love the old rooms. I have yet to see the new rooms in person
