Title: Buffalo Bill's
Post by: CaraM on April 28, 2017, 05:10:45 PM
I read so much about everyone loving Buffalo Bill's! It's our second trip to DLP, so we're  looking to do something different, and we have never been to any dinner shown at and Disney park. The kids will be 6 and 9, and understand French. Is it worth it? What is the food like? Is it unlimited food or beverage? Just for reference, we would be possibly choosing between this and Walt's. Thanks!

definitely worth a trip the kids will love it.

its unlimited soft drinks and beer according to the ticket, it is poured from jugs by CM's as your glass gets low, u can also purchase wine at the bar to be brought to you i think.

the food is a 3 course cowboy bbq so last time i was there it was chilli and nachos to start, cornbread, drum stick sausage ribs and a jacket potato i think for main with a corn on the cob and cant remember dessert tbh.

its definitely worth seeing at least once but we normally make it a regular occurance for our trips.

We were there last Friday (how is it a week already 😢!) and it was brilliant. The adults get nachos, chilli, chicken thigh/leg on the bone, sausage, ribs, baby buttered potatoes and corn bread. Apple crumble and ice cream for pud. We opted for the beer to drink and got 4 glasses. We made sure we finished our glass when we saw them coming so we got a top up lol!

Kids got the same chicken, sausage, potatoes, ice lolly and coke or water refilled.

The show was brilliant. I would recommend it to anyone going to DLP. So much fun banging tables, banging skillets, clapping, cheering and generally having a good time!

Would echo all of the above. Our whole family love it and love collecting the different colour hats! You get a different colour depending on what section you're seated in and this also reflects what team you are in. X

Any thoughts on proper ages for the show?  How long is it?

Our kids are probably too young for it now (3 years and 16 months), but we would like to book it in the future.

Youngest we took was 5. Dinner and show 2 hours plus a bit extra for getting in and getting your hat. Have seen younger kids there but parents seemed to have spend a lot of time trying to keep them seated as is all in a line...one needs a wee all need to get up and out. Not great if everyone is eating.

We took our 2 last year and they were 3 and 4. They lasted but I have to say that we didn't enjoy it as much as others on here. For the cost and quality of food it just didn't add up.

Glad we experienced it but won't be going again.

We took my nieces when they were 2 years old and both enjoyed it. They had to eat from our plates though.

Definately think it's worth it. The food is fine. I've seen people complain about it but it's not the worst in the world. It's not unlimited though. Soft drinks are though.

The show itself is great. I think a 6 yr old and 9yr old would love it. The characters are in it now and everything.

I've always said the food was basic but decent and definitely filling.
