It did to me. I so wanted to be there.
I watched it live on FaceBook this morning and I was so excited and I too felt like I could cry. So many characters and I loved how they thanked all cast members.

I agree; it was so good to see so many cast members being part of the celebrations :D
Bon Anniversaire Disneyland Paris!
It was wonderful to see that they did put on a show (how could they not?!) and I love the fact that they managed to get so many seldom seen characters to celebrate the anniversary as well.

Here's to many more celebrations, and a great big beautiful tomorrow!
Here's another video, showcasing all the fun from the last quarter of a century...

Disneyland Paris did us proud today.
Watching the big ceremony brought tears to my eyes. Just Wow! Super excited for our holiday later this year.
Did everyone see all the different characters they had out - brother bear, big hero 6, phineas and ferb etc. How amazing would it be to see these more regularly in the parks - they obviously have the costumes etc...
I'm preparing an article on it and at my count there were 143 characters in that opening (and later the cavalcade). That's incredible!
I was watching parts of it (sneakily) at work and I had to hold back the tears at a few parts. It's made me even more excited to go in June this year.
I did read somewhere yesterday that a lot of the lesser seen characters were borrowed from WDW and Tokyo.
Cant believe how many rare characters there were!
I had to message a chum who has never been and was watching to say that about three quarters of the characters are not normally in the park.
But it was still amazing to see!
