Title: Having a cocktail or two
Post by: Bellefan on March 07, 2017, 12:55:19 PM
Forward planning a trip next year with two of my adult neices. We are staying at the Cheyenne. Is it possible to pop into the other hotel bars for a drink?

And, now that Hurricanes is a distant memory, is there anywhere to have a dance?

Thanks in advance of any replies.

You can go into the bars in any hotel as far as I can remember. I know we've been to a few in the past when the park closed early.

Yes you can go to any of the hotel bars, the saloon at the cheyenne is quite nice. I have to say the redwood bar at sequoia lodge is my favourite so far but haven't been in the ones at new york or disneyland hotel yet.

Do be aware the higher tiers of hotel do charge a lot more for virtually the same drink!

For dancing I would say go to Billy Bob's in the village. They often have live bands playing. You will need to check with them to find out when they are on though. I don't know if there is any kind of timetable for this.

Hope that helps

Great, thank you both! I did wonder about Billy Bob's... I've only been there with small children who, after a full day in the parks are nodding off before the party gets going.  :)
